I don't like the fact of every single time I come here they always argue in front of the customers. That is the main reason I try to go to a different location. Today the cashier was very backed up with my very large purchase so she asked the other service member named shavonne or something along those lines if she could please come to the register for help. Then called again about 3 minutes later for customer assistance. She casually strolls up and starts arguing right in front of about 10 customers waiting in line. My cashier laughed it off and just asked if she could just please help the customers waiting in the other line. The other lady then proceeded to tell the other patrons how disgruntled she was to be worked so hard as to there only being the two of them there. As I have said many times before, there are plenty of people who would be extremely happy to just have a job. She should be grateful to do what it is she was paid to do. I really love the store but it would be nice to deal with a little less drama. I will recommend for the products and prices and part of the customer service, but I hope they get some more or new help. When I went back in the other lady was nice to me and it seemed as if they get along but it is very unprofessional and puts the customers in an uncomfortable position when we have to hear how bad your job is and your irritations because believe me, you wouldn't want to hear me complain if you were my patient.

I went in there to get balloons for a baby shower. The person who helped me (sorta) obviously was annoyed that she had to come to the front to help. The whole balloons area was a hot mess, so for all I know, DT may have those and they wouldn't know it. There were easily 15 people waiting in line and it wasn't until one person decided to want to return food to the store that held everyone up before they realized they need another cashier. Then, one of two cashiers ran out of 5's. Called for someone to help, I don't even know if she ended up getting what she need when I left 10 minutes later, also holding up the line. The store is prominent on a main drag, and apparently everyone wants to shop at 9:15 in the morning. I chalk that up to poor management and that's about it. The lady customer threw her hands up like whatever. The maddening part is that I told the cashier that the lady jumped the whole we were waiting. Due to me having a disagreement with the coworker about the bathroom, she looked straight at me and started ringing up the customer who jumped in front of everyone. At that point I had enough. I left my basket of goods and left the store. I cannot patronize a business that has workers that think it's ok to mistreat the customers. How uncompassionate can you be! I did not ask to get rung up before customers, I didn't ask for help locating items. I simply asked to get access to the bathroom that is 2 steps away from the counter, just as would to get balloons. I am deeply disappointed, and felt disrespected by the actions of those girls the way they handled that situation. The first cashier didn't have to say anything at all it didn't warrant that.
