Adrian, apparently a manager, is consistently rude. She told me on several occasions that she would help me with a return since I lost my receipt. However, every time I try to bring the items in, she tells me she needs a receipt. Then she'll say she doesn't, but just an exact date. I'll get her the info and she changes her story again saying she needs my receipt. I've called her and left messages and she refuses to return my calls. When I DO get in touch with her, she hangs up on me. Do not shop at this store. At least Elsie in Fairfield Glade is friendly. If I could give less than one star I would. read more

We were in desperate need of a shed and so we started shopping around. When we got to the lot to…read moreexplore these sheds-we knew we had the value we were looking for! The quality is wonderful and the pricing very fair! Blaine was in the office and helped us design exactly what we wanted! He provided excellent service and in less than an hour-the new shed was on order! Two weeks and it was out of production. Due to constant rain, delivery was a bit delayed-we also decided to add spray foam insulation post production, so that delayed delivery a bit too. But Tom delivered it yesterday and we LOVE it! Tom was amazing on the delivery! Got it exactly where we wanted it and got it level and aligned perfectly! You could tell this wasn't his first rodeo....or hundredth for that matter! Everything was so easy and we could not be happier! Highly recommend these guys! Five stars are not enough! PS The ruts you see in the yard were NOT done by the shed delivery! That was from taking a tree down a few weeks prior to delivery. Tom was careful to look out for trees and to reduce land damage as much as possible!

Many store do not deliver and if the do,,, rent their truck and pay alot of extra to get a load from A to B. I thank the people of Potter's for this service as it's is a major draw back not being able to move this heavy wood or other ect. Thank you and I take my business there first for everything just because of this. This store also has people with real know how. Ask questions of things I need on how best to fix things myself. Half or more the cost of any thing is paying someone to fix fences, roofs, water problems. Have a great day you All. From Rockwood Tn.

GE brand machines. Just days after paying the lease off on the first set the washer started to make horrible grinding noises. It was serviced and returned yet still making the same noise. They opted to sell me a new set for half the price so there being a years lease rather than two. Now on 1-23-23 the new lease was paid off but guess where the washer was? Being serviced yet again for the same issue as the first machine. Aarons picked it up on 12-5-22 and returned it on 2-1-23. The very first load of laundry washed the machine was making the same LOUD GRIND sound. I have reached out now two separate times and am told the manager will call me. This is not the way to do business. Appliances should not be this short lived especially at Aaron's lease type pricing.
