While I came here today with my 3 year old, this is definitely a spot I can (and will) come back to explore solo with an iced coffee in hand so I can take my sweet time to really take in all the nooks and crannies of this market. Inside the store, you will find some great Coke products for sale, some very cool old memorabilia, and then they also carry everything you would want in a small town pharmacy. They have a wide selection of Watkins brand products, too. If you're traveling in and around Cartersville to see the Tellus museum or the Etowah Mounds or something, it is worth a pit stop here. There is plenty of parking on the other side of the train tracks that run beside the store.
