What a waste, both of labor hours and your customers' time. I don't want to stand in line at lunchtime for 10 minutes, I want to cash out and get back to work. And best of all, we're not enforcing the 15 item limit in the corralled self checkouts so everyone ahead of me had heaping carts full of crap and took even longer, while I had 6 items.

Now, it's miserable and slow half the time we visit and 50% of the people around us are complaining about the same thing.
