Reservation was generated and the pickup location was Cheaper and Better on Jackson St. The lady behind the counter said she doesn't have any trucks and hasn't had any for weeks. So she gives me the phone numbers and locations of 3 other Uhaul rentals. Two no answer and the third didn't have any trucks. Uhaul has really gone downhill for the last several years.

I had multiple issues with items that I purchased there. Went there today and shopped a bit. Got…read moresome stuff for my kid and went to hand him a toy and it was broken so I had my husband take it right back in and let them know to which the owner replied "it is what it is" and said that they would exchange it "this time". It's a broken item, of course you're going to exchange it. Then, we got home and opened his baby bottle pop and the entire thing was all clumped up and old; clearly not fit to eat. As for the skeleton decor I got, I'm not sure if it was broken on the front when I bought it but when I went to put batteries in it, we noticed that the screw was missing and there was one battery in it and when replaced, the lights didn't work. Clearly had been used and the owner will reply "no refunds or exchanges". How? When you sell broken and used items. Beware of this place! My family and I won't be back. I've made 4 payments on a lawnmower I never received. Walmart billing says I have to respond to their emails from billing department. When I try to respond walmart is not monitoring my email. I can't respond they won't accept my responses. Walmart delivers here 4 times a week. They know my address. 18 walmart customer service people later since september, 8 supervisors and walmart refuses to reimbursement for 398.52 because they don't have my address?!! It's crazy.
