I used to always love going to GameStop because the staff was a lot more knowledgeable about video…read moregames and accessories but after the experience I had recently, I will never return to another GameStop. I bought a game there a few days ago, brought it home and started playing it. It was a lot of fun and I enjoyed the game. After about three days, one of the main accessories for the game broke and wasn't working anymore. I took the game, accessories, and the receipt back to the GameStop because I either wanted it returned, exchanged, or fixed. The store manager was extremely rude whenever I asked for help. He told me that I couldn't return it because the game was open, which was fine. He then told me that because of the game it was, I couldn't trade it, exchange it, and that they didn't fix them either so that I was stuck with a broken game that I couldn't use. He was extremely rude and wasn't helpful, almost talking to me as if I was stupid. I definitely will not be returning to GameStop, which is fine because it'll save me money. Gamestop is over priced, and they screw you when it comes to trade ins. I'll make sure to take my business elsewhere and I made sure to call and report the manager for being rude. I never had issues with GameStop, but today, they lost a loyal customer.

My kids however have started getting into gaming, and now I have returned as a customer. This store has an amazing manager by the name of Mrs. Cable. We visited this store recently and she went above and beyond to help my family and was extremely helpful. This young woman has made me realize that customer service does still exist.
