My problem is I had been on the same meds for 10 years from a highly respected Physiatrist who is beyond reproach. For 6 years Kroger filled my families prescriptions. She didn't know my medical history and assumed she knew more than 2 Doctors and the previous Pharmacists there. She refused to fill one of my meds, even after my Doctor called her. Now I go to Kroger for a loaf of bread or something and to see if they changed pharmacists yet. She made WalMart look great.

For example, the great value gallon of milk at the Brockway store is $1.55, but at the bay Rd. Store, it is $0.98...same day. I understand that different locations can result in a difference in pricing, but that's quite a difference, and that is just one product. It's not a bad store, just be aware the prices are higher than the same store 10 minutes away.

My wife had a problem with one of the employees while driving my car a few days earlier. Forgot my phone, he ran into where they push carts through side of building and was gone. I came home and called police who were no help. I called walmart security asking about the video cameras. When they called back they said the guy came close but didn't hit it. I actually saw the guy do it, left a dent and huge scratches with a big line of carts. ALL THE WAY down passenger. I've been to multiple walmarts and always had trouble with barcodes at the self check out on movies. The nice lady working their was the first too actually tell me why everytime I scan a movie it calls over the person working. Everything was organized in a good fashion and you could find things quickly and easily not now! Everything seems to be changed around on a daily basis and you can't find what you need! There are signs hanging up,but they need a more detailed map of where everything is! This store is always out of stock of even the basic necessities and that is just pitiful! Management also stated they don't have a way to "turn off" incoming orders or notify customers that they will not be getting their order on time, which is very difficult to believe. Oh, that handy app you'll also be directed towards to cancel your order by management? It doesn't allow you to cancel or change orders, no matter what step in the process the store employees are at in (not) filling it. Today was the last day I give this location a dime of my income.
