Pretty much, I was just there for my opinion and to carry her bags, but thats life... She had a great experience. The store employees are constantly asking how they can help you, and help they do. My mom found some new outfits for a great price. Overall it was a great experience for her.

I had a good handful of clothing I was going to try on but at 7:25 the dressing rooms were closed. When I asked the employees, they said that they close the dressing rooms 30 min before close. This was not posted nor was it said to me when I walked in the store or while I was looking at and holding clothing. If this is the common practice then it should be made known to shoppers. I handed the employee my clothing (about 10-15 pieces and planned on buying at least 3 things) and left the store.

In this case I have/had a full kitchens worth of stuff as well as clothing and furniture and some Electronics. Called the store and told them it was all theirs if they would come and pick it up. While the person who answered was very nice and polite I was told they do not do that and really were not interested. Now this is just a personal observation but I think for an organization that lives in dies on the Public's generosity and even if I didn't have a pickup I think I would find a friend who had one to pick up several thousand dollars worth of resale items.
