So at 4 pm I went to badcock and confronted the issue, the delivery man was there and I was told by a manager it had come in and would be delivered in the morning and I now would be either 1 or 2 on the list, Now on Tuesday at noon I called again, Guess what? Their truck broke down yesterday during deliveries (however delivery man was at store when I went yesterday, and there was no mention of truck breaking down, ) and they now were trying to rent a truck to deliver items, I told them to cancel my order. Than another associate called and said they were loading the truck, I told him also to cancel my order, I feel I got a good run around which has really shocked me, In the past I received great service and orders as promised, yes I will continue to hold them in high regards as this could be a one time issue.
