COMPLAINT ON CASHIER BRITTNEY... A couple months ago I had…read moregone shopping and had noticed about an hour after leaving the store that I had misplaced my phone, I had gone back to every store I had been to starting from Ollie's and went to every store we went to after and still had no clue where my phone was. I had happened to have a quick conversation with the cashier that had checked me out, Brittney, and she had told me that she had no clue of any phone being turned in and had not seen one but if she did would contact me at the number I had left if my phone was found. At this point I had gone back to my house and got my iPad and logged into find my iPhone so I could track my phones last location and it popped up at Ollie's as it's last active location. I went back to Ollie's with the iPad and started pinging my phone which lead me to your manager who had informed me that the cashier Brittney, whom I had spoken too the first time I came into the store, had the phone hidden along the side of her cash register. This does not only look bad on her for lying about the missing phone but on the stores overall integrity. My phone had been returned to me but I was not satisfied with the way it had been gone about. I was not aware of the cashier's name until I went back and had recognized her from this encounter before. Honest workers are better than sneaky ones.

It is a "pickers" store, so you have to pick, dig and always check the back walls for 80% off goodies 1st. My wardrobe is full of high end garments that I wouldn't of otherwise have the budget for. AGAIN sometimes it's there, sometimes it's not, hence the phrase "Shopping" not "buying!"

If you're looking to go on a scavenger hunt this would be a great place to start I was really taken…read moreback of how disorganized and unkept this store was. I've only visited one other Ollie's prior to arriving here and this location wasn't anywhere close to my other experience and I mean that in a bad way. It's literally Impossible to locate anything without searching through the entire store, it's total chaos, there are no aisle identifiers, in my opinion it's more of a bad flea market than a retail store. I was looking for a specific item and after only a few minutes I knew that wasn't going to happen even if I had found members of the staff to assist me so I gave up after walking around aimlessly. I could be wrong but I don't think this was the original business model the founder intended, I understand the majority of the items here are sourced from over-stock suppliers and meant to provide huge discounts but the "good stuff cheap" company statement couldn't be further from the truth at this particular location - I'd definitely avoid buying food stuff here no matter how cheap things are there is no way the inventory is rotated or managed in my opinion nothing is managed here, how this store remains open is a mystery to me this was definitely not a good experience, the photos posted by the business owner had to be taken when the store was originally set up before the grand opening and doesn't remotely represent what I witnessed today...

To say the least, at least there is a variety of items that you cannot find too much cheaper than going to a General Dollar or Family Dollar, yes, it's that kind of stuff. You might also crack a smile when you notice that the things you see at a real .99 cent store was bought/imported/transferred over here and had a $1.29 price tag placed on it.
