Each time I have been to this store (which has only been 6 times in the last 4 months) the manager has been very rude to me. She has made comments about my couponing to her employees and other customers. I follow all of the rules that are listed and I haven't done anything against Dollar Generals Policy. This does not matter to this manager, the last two times I went into store #12615 she actually followed me around the store. Which is nothing compared to this last time. I wanted something off of one of the higher shelves that I couldn't reach without a step-stool which I used (she told me I couldn't use a stool and had to ask for help) I asked her to get the items for me. She told me that she would not get the items down for me because she knew that they were on sale. I was shocked. So, I asked for the DM's number and she told me that she didn't have it but if I did the survey on the bottom of my receipt, that the DM would call me. How rude ( we both know that the DM is to busy to call all the customers that fill out those surveys!), I feel as though she is picking on me because of the deals that I get in her store. read more
