Idk if it's all the DG's here in the Tri-city Area, but every single store I've gone into has BAD customer service! Even the managers. If you don't want to work then keep your ass home! Let someone who wants a job take over yours! The DG on top of Harper hill and the one by Ace hardware have horrible managers! Never in my life have I been treated so poorly. Called the corporate office and obviously they don't give two shits. I refuse to do ANY business with them. Family Dollar is my go to now. read more

Since Aztec doesn't seem to be listed, this is about the closest. We went into the store on 4/19. We wandered around the store until we made our selections. We walked up to the checkout counter where an employee was standing and lay down the items. The lady looked up at us and walked off to go BS with another employee. As we stood there, I commented that we were ready to check out and both employees refused to acknowledge us so we left our purchases on the counter, walked out and went to their competition FAMILY DOLLAR. Obviously they are not going to care but as a frustrated customer, I thought I would share our "wonderful" experience. read more

Horrible customer service I think that horrible is too kind of a word for the service. I have gone in several times and I get to SQUEEZE THE RAT to hopefully find someone that can help me.... Every time I always get the same scum bag old man that feels he needs to correct me on how I speak..... loser. Honestly the Family Dollar down the street had the same item for less and more choices. For the extra few blocks down the road it worth it!!!!!! I won't go back until he is gone read more
