There is a couple of things that are consistent; the manager/owner is rude and unhelpful and the staff seem worn out and frustrated (probably due to the individual mentioned previously), but most of them seem helpful. The coffee drinks seemed watered down or flavorless. To be more cost effective and environmentally friendly, consider large coffee cups and froth designs. Be creative!
