First off, I found it kind of humorous that they had the Piggly Wiggly Feed and Supply attached to…read morethis particular Piggly Wiggly supermarket. This particular Piggly Wiggly is on the corner of Bell Street and Montgomery Highway. There is plenty of parking, though the parking lot could you use a touch up. Not that it was laden with potholes, however it definitely is a bit worse for wear. This was a good place to stock up on a few essentials on this business trip. Mainly it was to grab some water to drink in my hotel room. I had no issues and I was in and out in a relatively quick amount of time. All in all, I would definitely recommend this particular Piggly Wiggly. Walleye will say that my favorite supermarket in the Southeast is still publix, this particular Piggly Wiggly was not a bad stop. I will give it four stars.

I stopped here going & coming back from the beach. Going down all I wanted was one chicken tender…read morefrom the deli. There were multiple people in the deli area who saw me when I asked for service and just ignored me as though they were deaf, dumb, & blind. As I stood there other people came up to be served and we were all ignored. One of those waiting went to the bakery to ask for help but none came. This is unacceptable. I had vowed to not stop there again but I did on the way home. Fortunately there was one lady who helped me. She asked the other several employees to help as other people were waiting also but they all said something I didn't understand (probably that it wasn't their job) and she told them customers come first but they all disappeared into the back and did not help. Seems like this store needs a new manager. The one lady who helped would be my choice.

Stand and just watch you staring at you like to have a problem. Harass certain workers you don't like but it has been said that a lot of associate that work there do not care for her. Even the announcement speakers are so bad it sounds like a possessed person talking thru them. Most Walmarts have dented cans but I've seen some so bad air has gotten in, you can smell the stuff inside spoiled. Open bag of cat food on shelf. Idiots who pick up refrigerated food and dump it somewhere else sits out for hours and reshelved. Cashiers rarely say hello or thank you, if you even get to a register. Overall I just feel like I need to shower after I left this place last winter, have never been back. Publix for me.
