This DG is in such a great location and daily stop for many people on their way home from work. It…read moreis so frustrating that it is never stocked. The inventory control process needs to be changed at this location to allow for more stock to be on shelves. It's a high traffic store but many people are taking their business to further away locations, simply because of stock issues on numerous products. The workers try their best and are generally very friendly but it's easy to tell they are overwhelmed and need some help.

I was met by the clerk telling me they were closed. I told her I thought they closed at 10? She said they were short handed. So they can be short handed all the way until 9:20, but not 10? So I went to the DG on 471 @ Vine Dr and they were open and also friendly. I asked them about the other DG closing early and they said they're supposed to be open until 10. There were no carts to be found until we walked down the isles. Everyone of the shopping carts were being used as storage in the store. There was not 1 shopping cart available for customers. This was ridiculous. Needless to say they lost business that day because we turned and walked out and gave our business to some place that actually had shopping carts for the customers and not as storage.
