This was super unhelpful and rude as I am a customer. Retraced my steps through the store , nothing went to the other two store I was at and they were so kind and helpful took my name number and description of the keys and key ring. Had my husband call to inquire about keys to the manager and she didn't even want to come to the phone hello you're a manager a customer needs assistance finally went back to ask her to look in office which she did with an attitude...by this time I'm just beyond distraught and I called her out for being unhelpful and unprofessional for one acting bothered by my request and number two not taking any of my info in case keys were found or dropped off by a customer that may have accidentally grabbed them. Also on my visit in the day before she degraded an employee to another employee in my presence and bragged about her being fired. If this isnt the most unprofessional behavior from the main manager and individual that represents the store I don't know what is. Yes I lost my keys but would it have hurt her to take my info and make an effort to look in the office ? I think not it's the least I could do for a customer. Then she had an employee make up a fake name on line and harass me for sharing my experience. Is she fired yet

However, I hit the jackpot on size 2X swimsuits. Cute swim skorts and matching t-shirts that don't show cleavage. The t-shirts are branded ReelLegends.com and are made for swimming. Now I can go swimming or biking or shopping or dine out without having to change because the swim fabric is quick dry and SPF30. Besides being 40% off retail, the cashier suggested I sign up for the credit card and I got another 20% off that price! And before you say "Oh no! Not another credit card!", I can pay off my balance in full at any Beall's before I get charged any interest. Since I had 20% off for the day, I looked at every single item in the store. Some Beall's are heavy on the knickknacks and artwork, but this store is heavy on clothing. So I added a bottle of OPI nail polish and a CZ ring that I didn't need. Many times, you have to take what you get at gas stations where the bathroom floors are sticky and gross (probably from travellers whose kids were trying to hold it in a little too long for their bladders) and the rest of the store looks like they could have an overhaul. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the entire place was. The bathroom floor was clean and had toilet paper. The store shelves were spacious and items were stacked neatly. We were able to get some coffee quick too. Talk about the perfect pit stop run for us to get back on the road.
