I have had them open the door for me on many occasions and it is just so appreciated! The owner is the kindest guy and he will order anything you need. They may not always have the lowest price but they save you a trip into town (30 min minimum round trip) and the customer service simply cannot be beat! We really love our stops at the Bi-Rite! If you decide to use the restroom, the employees surround you like swarming bees as if you're stealing their honey. It's not a way to do business and a systemic problem of racial prejudice that needs to be shut down. Disgusting business practice overall. At the time of this review, the gas station is Shell.
