The store is set-up well, however,…read morethe organization of items could be better maintained but I'm sure it's fairly hard to keep up with people randomly placing items they decide not to buy in various places. They have made improvements which has helped tremendously with the flow of the store. I hope that they will strip and wax their tile floors to give the place a cleaner atmosphere. Floor work makes or breaks the first impression of any building. Again, the staff here are wonderful.

I work next door and have been going there for a while never had a problem, today i go in and…read morepurchase bacon and i bring it directly back to my job and open it up it was molded i pulaced it back in the package put it in the bag and immediately take it back, the person that rang me up for the food was still there i told her it was molded and she called for management . Management came up and i showed her it was green the bacon was green the manager told me that i can get another one i advised her that i had no desire to im grossed out heres my recipt i just want a refund . She told me that there policy states that if you by food and return it for what ever reason with or without a receipt you cant get a refund you can only exchange it for food . I refused to believe that and asked her to show me that policy she pulled out the refund policy and it was not on there, she said oh i thought you got this some days ago , no i didn't but if i did the expiration date should tell you that i its no good and on your shelves give me my money back . she ended up giving me my money back but why should i have to go through that and clearly i had a receipt and she could look at time i had just got it, and as a manager please review your OWN POLICIES wont be back to that General Dollar..

I'd leave zero stars for your employee patty. who screamed and illegally took my id when it was not…read moreneeded with buying a candle lighter. Me and my sister who are 18 and 19 picked up a lighter, which patty proceeded to scream at us a-crossed the store. When we got to check out she proceeded to still scream at us and be super rude. She then took my ID while law in ohio you don't need to show ID to buy a lighter, while telling her this she snapped and told us she does not care and will be taking ID. Afterwards continuing to mumble rude comments under her breathe about me and my sister. She then tried to take my sisters id as well. Telling us she will do whatever she wants in the store.
