I was impressed with the fact that a doctor was doing the injections. I initially sent a question to Dr. Harris via Facebook Messenger to ask some general questions. After I sent the message I realized it was a Monday and PMA is closed Saturday- Monday. I figured I would hear back on Tuesday. Well I heard back within 5 minutes of sending my message! I met with Dr. Harris, who reviewed my patient questionnaire with me and answered all my questions. I even told her about my anxiety with injections and she provided me with a distraction tool while she did the injections. I am beyond happy with the results of my Dysport. I was so impressed with Dr. Harris that I booked a Signature facial with Elaine. Elaine is a certified licensed esthestician. The facial was great and I was the one who initiated the questions about their product line, Epionce. Elaine was able to suggest the best ones to suit me and to provide some samples for me to try. I am very impressed with this product line for my dry sensitive skin. The one thing I have not liked from facials in the past is the feeling of being pushed into purchasing products, and this did NOT happen at Prescott Medical Aesthetics. I have been plagued with dry flaky and very red irritated skin for over 4 years now. I tried every OTC (Over The Counter) skin lotions. Some dried it more, some burned, some made it inflamed. It was pure torture. I didn't even like going out in public, if I did I would use tons of oils to try to make my skin stay moist, but it never lasted long. Plus it would get in my eyes and irritate and burn. Finally after a year I finally got an appointment to get in and see Dr. Cirelli. I made sure not to put anything on my face and it was so dry and flaky you could see it a mile away. Dr Cirelli, came in with his magnifying head gear on in his head expecting to use them to see. But as soon as he walked in, he could see my flaky face. He prescribed medicated lotion and antibiotics. After 3 days my skin was so awesome looking, I haven't see my face so smooth and bright without all that flaky and redness. I am so happy with my results! I am so glad I finally feel normal again!

I was transferred to a billing staff member named Jessica, who was combative from the first minute of the call. I asked to be transferred to someone else to de-escalate the situation, but she refused -- insisting I pay immediately and telling me there was "no one above her." It turned out she had been billing the wrong insurance company entirely, but instead of correcting her own error, she became more aggressive, told me I "needed medication," and ultimately called the police on me. An officer contacted me to say I'd been trespassed from the building, despite the fact that I never threatened anyone. Looking back, I wish I'd checked the reviews first -- I've since seen other complaints about the same staff member. I think the officer and I would have had a good laugh if he'd seen what was written on Google about this office. This is not how a longtime patient should be treated. Dr. Cirelli himself has always been kind, gentle, and wonderful with us for 20 years -- it's genuinely disappointing that someone working in his office would treat a longtime patient this way. It's ironic that the person who told me I needed medication is the one who turned a billing error into a police call.
