They came out to do my carpets, and when they dried, they looked worsed than what they were before they cleaned them ! Also when he vacuumed, the vacuum he used smelt like rotten eggs or rotten something and stunk up my entire house. Had to open up the windows to air it out. I paid $215. I contacted them the very next day after they cleaned and it took them until almost 9pm to finally answer me. I put a stop payment on the check as I didn't know what else to do as they were reading my facebook messages and my text messages but not responding. I asked for a partial refund and got ignored. I sent them photos and they stated the dirt had lifted, but my entire house looks no different. There are stains still on my carpet and dirt all over. (wish i could post a pic) I then asked for a refund and was told that they could come out to get the dirt out, but my entire house pretty much would need to be redone and I do not think they are capable of getting my carpets cleaned. I have had my carpets cleaned about 8 months ago and there was not a single stain or dirt anywhere so I know my carpets will come clean. I just want a refund so I can pay another company to come do the job and am getting no where. I would NOT use this company. EVER read more
