The great thing about them is that our dogs love to go there. If the dogs are happy going for a bath and trim or for boarding then you can trust that things are being handled properly. We have needed to board our two standard poodles for up to two weeks at a time and we travel easily knowing that our dogs are safe and well cared for. The grooming has been outstanding and actually better than our groomer we left in Los Angeles when we moved here in 2020. The groomers are very skilled and extremely patient with one of our dogs who is a bit afraid of grooming. We are so grateful to have found Doggie Do's. And New Earth Animals is a delight to visit - well stocked and knowledgeable staff.

Both by phone and in person, the groomers were friendly and professional. They took the time to review and discuss photos of the look we were going for, and did so with enough ease to make me feel confident in the eventual result. They finished in a reasonable 2 hours and we picked up two beautifully trimmed, comfortable and happy (aka not traumatized) doggos. After a couple hours at home, we received a call saying they had forgotten to put the dogs' collars back on. We hadn't noticed because they had been replaced with unicorn bandanas They offered to mail them back to us; however, in the meantime, we had decided we'd love their look even more if their faces were trimmed a bit shorter. The groomers graciously agreed to the touch up, so we took them back and came home with the collars and the two cutest furbabies you ever did see

I board my high strung, whiny, spoiled fur baby here. He is a handful. He has separation anxiety…read more He is bratty and sometimes doesn't play well with others. They don't take any of his crap here. I like that. He needs it. They are kind and he always is happy to see me but is never traumatized as he has been at other places. Over the Thanksgiving weekend, he needed his nails cut. Which seems like a pretty simple procedure. NOT for this baby. He has sensitive feet and absolutely hates having his nails cut. In and out in like 7 minutes with his nails being cut as much as any human could have without sedating this dog. I was pretty impressed. Many times groomers have sent him out without a trim because he was too much. Not this groomer. Again, didn't take any of his crap. And he got his nails trimmed. Like it. They also have an excellent selection of dog treats and toys. Cheap, at least by my standards. Yes, I know he is a lot of work but please keep taking good care of my baby!
