My sister made a reservation for Maxie and the mobile van showed up to pamper and clip the shaggy dog. The young lady, Olivia, arrived on time. Not knowing what to expect, I asked Olivia to let me know what she will be doing. Maxie will get a bath, full body haircut, nails trimmed, and hair between the paws trimmed. I walked Maxie to the mobile van and went back inside my house. Two hours later the doorbell rings and a groomed Maxie is waiting to come inside. Maxie looked and smelled great. I went there based on reviews I read on Yelp. I made an appointment for my sister's dog, Maxie, last month. I dropped her off by 9 am and waited for the business to call me when she was ready to be picked up. I had an uncomfortable feeling when I dropped her off due to so many animals and storage carriers. I asked that she be cut low and give her the "works". The areas around her eyes and checks should be cut low to keep hair out of her eyes. The call came to pick her up and when we saw her, she was in a carrier looking at me like "please get me out of here now". The groomer didn't cut her face as requested, her tail had not been trimmed, her toenails were sharp as razor blades and other areas were not as expected. I was disappointed with the grooming. There was a dog being groomed so I didn't bother to ask them to trim her eye area. It was pick up time and people were waiting to get their fur babies.

She is like a dog whisperer. Maxie was not afraid and she behaved well. Today's grooming appointment was not as stressful as previous ones and Maxie is cut like my sister wants her to look. One of my dogs has very bad anxiety, like he will pee or poop when someone else is picking him up other than our family members. He hates when others try to get too close to him, he hates nail/face trimming, i mean I love my dog but he is very high maintenance. We've been denied by other groomer before in the past because of him and I am always nit picky about finding the right person for him. Well Carri was our groomer and she did such an amazing job on my anxious dog and my other hyper-so energetic dog! she told me how they did during their grooming session and they both looked so sharp, cute and they also smelled so good! I was beyond happy, satisfied with everything and I was also amazed by how fast she groomed both of my dogs. Their shop is pretty spacious and open too, I like that they don't "cage" the dogs like other chain stores. They have rooms where dogs can stay in their room while their mom/dads come pick them up but they are not caged, they are just in their room with the gate which I love. I was never a fan of stores/shops where they cage the dogs so this was another huge plus for me too. I will def come back every few weeks and if you are looking for a groomer for your fur babies, this is your place!
