He started with a good repore but when he asked just how much money was on the Care Credit card he changed treatment and went with something "cheaper", then charged me the exact amount that was on the card. When our dog worsened, we took her back in since he was the one who treated her first. I did not have as much money available. We were scared for her. When it came time to check out, we didn't have enough money. We paid them all the money on the Care Credit card and we needed $100. They were snoody about it. The next day we called them and paid $58 more dollars, leaving a balance of $42. Our dog got better with the antibiotic. When she ran out I called them and asked them to call in more of the same medicine that she was on. The receptionist replied that we had to clear our balance before he would do that. It's 14 days until we get more money. By that time we would be in the same shape as before. I mistook him for someone who cared.

I've used Vet Med for several years and they have handled the spaying and neutering of all the cats. I needed a vet to look at one cat to give me an opinion. Vet Med was unavailable so I decided to try Dr. Locke. I'm glad I did. I may change from Vet Med to here. The lady that answered the phone was extremely polite and you could just hear her smile over the phone. My wait time for the appointment was rather short. Dr. Locke was patient and very thorough in the exam. He, like me, saw no visible reason for the skin issue. He ruled out everything possible, no fleas, mites, allergies. He decided on a medicated shampoo and a medicinal treatment regimen for six weeks. The initial office visit is $40.00, which is lower than the others I've dealt with over the years. I have no qualms about returning here, if the need should ever arise. *****3 days after my visit the office called to check up on the cat. This has never happened through any other vet.

They had me drop him off at 11:30am. The drop off was quick and painless. No waiting around at all. I'm from out of town so I didn't have my vaccination records with me for my dog. A Simple call to my Dallas vet to confirm his vaccinations and all was well. The two women working in the grooming area were super nice and super friendly. They called about 2pm saying Murphy was ready. They did an amazing job on his bath and trim. He smells wonderful and is in great condition. I will definitely use Petsense again next time I am in town visiting my parents. Overall great experience and will definitely use again in the future.
