Receptionists, VA, and Vet were all very sweet and they care about the dogs for sure. The St.Berdoodle peed in the waiting room and they were very understanding and insisted on them cleaning it. The GSP has black nails so they are tricky to trim and he moved a lot while getting his nails trimmed so he bled a little for 2 nails :( so I would get your pets used to having their nails and paws handled before any trim especially if their nails are hard to cut like his black nails. Afterwards they showed us how to use the ear wash on the GSP and he was happy again because it felt good on his infection Overall a great and successful visit
