My friend and her husband shared the bacon poutine which was a classic poutine with bacon it. My boyfriend had the classic poutine which is fries with cheese curds and gravy on it. He was joyful. I had the nacho libre poutine which was fries with cheese, meat, sour cream and scallions. It was great! We all enjoyed our fries! If I was at this resort again, I would definitely come back.

The signature dishes are the Rise to Fries dog and rose to fries poutine, both featuring their "secret sauce" and pickles. Both are great and preferred over the plain classics. The sauce has a nice herby flavor that works well with the sour taste of the pickles. It's really worth a try.
