Went yesterday morning to get a wash and now it's no longer acceptable to have the strap there. Same guy that let me go in the past now says nope. I try to explain to him that the strap is wedged in and can't be removed, while he's jerking on it trying to pull it out. When I ask why, he says read the sign. The sign that can't be seen until you pay and pull forward. Also the same guy that I asked not to push my passenger mirror in. He did it anyway and when I asked why, he said because I want to!!! (On my last trip through the wash) I realize I'm Just one person. But I will let everyone know about the service.

Took over a month to get my car back, chemical smell inside, mirror put on not correctly, window not fixed. Was threatened by the owner and staff because apparently he only accepts cash. He also cashed the 2 party insurance check without me signing it. I picked this place to repair my car because of convenience, the fact that I try to support local small businesses, and the fact that every other shop within 50 miles had a 2 month waiting list. This shop had no waiting list.....and now I know why. If considering this shop I urge you to please PLEASE save yourself some drama and reconsider!!!!!!!!!!!!

Huge swaths of dash that were missed. Hit and miss on the exterior shine. Some pieces got it some didn't. Next, they added on a warranty that was neither asked for nor explained other than "you need it" and "it covers everything". Took it in to the local dealership for a repair and guess what. They never filed the warranty paperwork. Be very careful about this dealership.
