It was the day after Thanksgiving when he arrived and he did an excellent job connecting the wire whip and installing an outside safety switch which was necessary for the mini split installation. He also evacuated the refrigerant from the line set. He worked while it was snowing and the temperature was dropping, so I appreciated that because my house would have been very cold.
