I didn't know there were Dodger Stadium tours until my relatives from Japan planned their visit here! They wanted to go to a game, but since the Dodgers weren't playing here while they were in town, I looked into tours and was happy to see they even offer tours in Japanese! When we arrived the main entrance, the staff at the gate directed us to follow the blue line all the way up to Lot P. Parking is free for tours! The meeting spot is in front of the gift shop and has the best view of downtown LA's skyline. The tour guide was knowledgeable and spoke pretty fast. I caught as much as I could in Japanese. We started at the top of the stadium, then worked our way down to the Press Box, saw a bunch of memorabilia, awards and trophies, then made it down to the field and dugout. I thought we would be able to checkout the locker room, but didn't. I guess that's a more private, expensive tour. They offer a variety of tours, but the stadium tour is a good start, which is about $50 a ticket. You end at the gift shop where you can get 10% off merchandise with your ticket. We liked the photo they took of us on the field, so we bought two for $30. Expensive, I know, but the quality and lighting was great, and it had added designs so it made for a perfect souvenir. Took a tour of the stadium which I never done before Was curious and wanted to see if I got to see any players You get there and the lady at the gate outside gave me bad directions so I parked not in right place and I had to walk up It wasn't clear that the meetup spot was next to the team store so I went inside the store and someone else came in asking about the tour so I know I wasn't the only one lol The tour was cool it had some hiccups like the main elevator taking 15min which takes away from our tour time And we didn't get to go into the vin scully broadcast room because we got there too late and it was just bus yfor us to go in But besides that it was fun to see all the trophies and awards and yes we got to see not just 1 but 2 players came in as it's their entrance to the clubhouse We got to go on the field which not the grass bummer but still that was really cool! Pretty cool tour if you're a Dodger fan, we got to go to the press box area, check out a lot of the memorable on that level then checkout the team awards on another floor, then eventually we got to check out the dugout club where we could go onto the field (but just the track part, not the grass) where we got to take photos in the visitors dugout. The standard tour was about 75 minutes, lot of interesting baseball history they went over. I went on the tour during the off season so there wasn't a charge for parking. You can find out about their other tour options if you look up stadium tours on the mlb site. I believe the dodgers have 2 or 3 more tour options, with one of them being a botanical garden tour. read more

Fresh off the Dodgers' 2025 World Series Championship, we came to LA and bought tickets for the Dodgers Stadium Tour. We really enjoyed walking through the press box, seeing all the trophies and awards, and walking on to the field (we weren't allowed to walk on the grass but we got to take pictures from the warning track). As a lifetime Dodger fan, I didn't even realize that there was a tour. But, once I found out, I definitely knew that I wanted to go. I believe you can go during game day (where you can see some players get ready for the game) and non game day (where if you are lucky, you can see players practicing). The pros of going when players are around is obviously you can see the player. The con is not being able to go to certain areas. I opted for a non game day, so I can see everything. You can buy tour tickets online or at the ticket booth. It's about $30 for an hour. I forgot our tour guide's name, but he was really good and super informative. I got a great history about baseball, got to go to the dugout and even on the field. It was a pretty cool experience. As a plus, if you do the tour, you get a discount for purchases to team store. As part of our quest to visit as many MLB stadiums as possible, the Dodger Stadium tour was a must-do stop. The stadium itself is beautiful, with incredible views and a lot of history. Seeing the field in person and learning about the Dodgers' legacy was definitely a highlight. That said, we left feeling pretty disappointed with the actual tour experience. We were expecting more of a behind-the-scenes stadium tour, but most of our time was spent in the museum and exhibit areas. While the memorabilia and history were interesting, we never got to visit some of the areas we were most excited to see, like the press box or the dugout. If you're a big Dodgers fan and enjoy baseball history, you'll likely appreciate the museum portions. However, if you're hoping for a more in-depth tour of the stadium itself and access to some of the iconic behind-the-scenes locations, you may leave wanting more, as we did. We walked through the suite level hallway and looked at Dodgers posters and photos. When we went back for the second tour, it was a totally different experience. We had the MOST wonderful tour guides. They kept us entertained and informed. We were visiting LA for the day as two sports fans and could only get stadium tickets for the Dodgers (looked at football and hockey stadium/ arena too). Top-notch tour. During the standard tour, you get to see the Press Box, and Awards Display, and get to go down to the Dugout and walk on the field. Not every stadium lets you onto the field. Being a lifelong Dodgers fan and a southern California resident all my life I can't believe I waited until the first part of March of 2020 to go on this tour. I bought it as a birthday present for myself and took my nephew and my two sons with me and we really enjoyed it. I bought the tickets online for around $22 each...the list price is $20 but after fees it comes out to about $22 which I thought was a good price for what you get. We went on a weekday in the hopes that the group would be smaller and it was...maybe 7 or 8 other people. Our guide was great and it was great seeing so many different parts of the stadium including the press box, trophy room, dugout, etc... After, or before, your tour you can visit the gift shop for all kinds of Dodgers memorablia/clothing. I purchased a few items and then we made our way down to the box office and I bought tickets to a game with a bobblehead giveaway with no extra service/convenience charges...unfortunately because of COVID that game never happened but the refund process wasn't too bad. If you are a baseball fan or better yet a Dodgers fan, you have to take this tour. What a great tour of this landmark stadium 3rd oldest in the majors. 60 years! The clubhouse tour is the way to go. You have more access of the stadium. The big highlight is going into the players locker room. Lot of history here and the tour guide is who makes the tour. His wealth of knowledge and stories behind this stadium is unbelievable. Plan to take lots of pictures except when you go into the locker room. You get to hang out in the dugout and get close and personal with the well manicured field. Just can't step on the grass. The tour groups are large with about 100 per group. It is hard to see when you are crowded into rooms with that many people and hearing the tour guide can be difficult at times because many people are talking in groups that large. read more

I must be a glutton for punishment. Or just really enjoyed getting razzed by a rival. But being a Giants fan on a tour of Dodger Stadium was incredibly fun and made me really appreciate the long history between the two franchises. And a lot of nuggets of information about my team (seen through a Dodger fan's lens) were part of the tour, which was an unexpected bonus. I just had to be prepared for a constant stream of barbs headed my way. Bring it! Warm-up: ** 90 minute tours are offered daily at 10:00a and 11:30a. No tours offered on days when there are early home games or on national holidays. ** Cost is $15 for adults, with discounts for children (ages 4-14), seniors and military personnel. ** You can purchase tickets in advance (after creating a MLB.com account) [1] - http://losangeles.dodgers.mlb.com/la/ballpark/stadium_tours/index.jsp. ** Arrive 15 minutes early and park in Lot P just in front of the Top of the Park Store. You will meet on the upper deck just outside the store. ** There is a fair bit of walking and stair climbing, although the tour is wheelchair accessible. First Base: The guided tour given by a staff member included a few rules. And I'd like to note these rules were occasionally broken by Dodger fans, not this gal. Second Base: The tour is an overview of the park with stops in the Vin Scully Press Box, trophy room, bullpen and locker room. You can sit in the bullpen and get access to the field for photos, but can't step on the grass. Seriously, DO NOT TOUCH THE GRASS!!! Interesting that a few of the stops mentioned on the website were not part of our tour, but we were visiting during some off-season renovations. Third Base: As a student of history, I love all the old time memorabilia from Sports Illustrated covers to vintage photographs and ticket stubs displayed throughout the stadium in the non-public areas. We got to hang out and take photos in the visiting team's locker room which is really small and sad, although I'm told it is going to be renovated soon. No access to the Dodger locker room. Home Run: A sea of gold. Hard not to be impressed by the hallway filled with World Series trophies, Most Valuable Player (MVP), Cy Young, and Rookie of the Year awards. Extra Innings: There are a number of quizzes during the tour about Dodger baseball history for (small) prizes and bragging rights. So it wouldn't be such a bad idea to bone up on a little Dodger history. Also, at the beginning of the tour, they ask who isn't a Dodger fan? I, of course raised my hand as a Giants fan. I asked my dad what he wanted to do for our date day, and he picked a tour of Dodger Stadium. He has been a fan of the Dodgers since they were still in Brooklyn, and he truly is the ultimate fan. I, on the other hand, care nothing about sports of any kind. So for me, this tour was slightly long and boring, but if you are a fan, you will love it! My dad chose the Clubhouse Tour, which is $50 a person and a little over 2 hours long. I highly recommend the Clubhouse Tour if you can swing it. The groups are small, I believe she said they keep them under 20 and I think we only had 15 in our group. Not only do you get the basic tour, but you also get to go into more areas of the stadium such as the Dodgers locker room, the bull pen, interview room, sit in the press box, the trophy room, luxury suites and you get to see their weight room and clubhouse. At the end of the tour they give you a gift, we each got a Babe Ruth Dodgers Bobble Head, and you also get 10% off in the gift store if you want to go shopping. The tour is very interactive, lots of trivia questions asked by the tour guide (my dad answered all of them - show off!) and pretty active. There were moments when we would just stand around listening to her talk, but for the most part we were on the move from place to place. You can take pictures of anything you want except their locker room, which is understandable! Our tour guide, wish I remembered her name, was phenomenal. You could tell she loved what she did and loved working for the Dodgers. She made the tour enjoyable for me. We went on a day with excellent weather, but I could see it kind of sucking on a super hot day. Parking is free, the views of the city are great. I am not a Dodgers fan and have never been to this stadium before. Since the Dodgers aren't playing my team (NYY) this season, I didn't really have any incentive to go to a game at this stadium and deal with the nightmare traffic that comes with it. My husband and I grew up on the east coast, but have been trying to visit the west coast stadiums. So far, we have gone on the tour at this stadium, the Arizona Diamondbacks and San Diego Padres. This tour was by far the best! I've also been to games at Yankees Stadium (old and new), Fenway, Toronto, SF Giants, and Oakland. Our guide was very informative and made the tour quite fun, I didn't catch his name, but he was a friendly gentleman from the mid-west. This was my favorite tour, because I feel like this stadium has a lot of character. The SD and AZ stadiums seemed very sterile and those teams don't have much of a history in comparison to the Dodgers. The cool thing about this team is the long history going back to NYC. I really liked seeing this stadium, it had a retro feel to it and looks like it would be a fun no-frills spot to catch a game. There is so much to see and learn about here! I wanted to add one more detail about parking, when you buy the tour tickets online, it gives you an option to pay for parking. However, the parking was free (which I knew from reading Yelp reviews), so I am glad I didn't pay for it in advance. So after visiting AT&T Stadium and Fenway Park earlier this year, my friends and I decided to pay our home team a visit. Ticket price for the Stadium Tour (80 ~ 90 minutes) is $20 per adult and $15 for seniors (+55) / children (14 and under) / military personnel (price does not include additional $1.75 online convenience fee per ticket and $1 delivery fee). The Clubhouse Tour (120 minutes - $50 per adult) is an upgraded version of the Stadium Tour (includes all elements of the Stadium Tour plus a visit to the Dodger bullpen, the Dodger Weight Room, the Batting Cage, the Dodger Clubhouse, and the Dodger Interview Room) and there are also other specialized tours (e.g. the Pregame Tour [$35] and the VIP Game Day Tour Experience). Parking: First of all parking is free. Just follow the Google Map address and enter through the Sunset Gate A located off Vin Sculley Ave & Stadium Way. Next tell the security that you are here for the tour and he/she will instruct you to follow signs and park in Lot P. We did 10 AM tour on Saturday and it was a pretty small group (mostly Houston Astros fans because there was a game between Dodgers vs Astros later that day). The tour began with one of those mandatory group photos on the top deck. Next we all took an elevator down to the Vin Scully Press Box, the entire section of memorabilia (e.g. pictures of Dodgers playing at the Coliseum back in 1959, picture of the 1955 World Champions Brooklyn Dodgers, small sections celebrating Tommy Lasorda and Vin Scully, etc.), the Lexus Dugout Club (restaurant & lounge with various trophies - World Series trophies, MVP, Cy Young, Silver Slugger, and Rookie of the Year awards), the warning track (another mandatory group photos behind the home plate), the Dodgers dugout, and special seat exclusively for Dodgers co-owner Magic Johnson. At the end of the tour, you can just tell the cashier at the team store that you are with the tour and you will get 10% off. I like Dodger Stadium Tour slightly better than AT&T Stadium and Fenway Park Tours because I was able to step on the field and sit in the Dodgers dugout! We took pictures through out and our tour guide was very knowledgeable. We even saw Kershaw walk past us on his way to the dug out and clubhouse. Pretty cool! I've been to LA many many times, but I've yet to go to a Dodger game or even to Dodger stadium at all. I recently learned most / if not ALL MLB stadiums give tours throughout the year / season (Dodger stadium year round!) . This was def something I wanted to do! I bought my tickets for $20 or so on MLB Dodger website and they emailed me an e-ticket barcode . You have to choose a time slot to be there. I chose 1:00pm. When I went the gate entrance is on Vin Scully / Stadium Way. The other gates were closed . Go through the security and tell them you're here for the stadium tour. They will direct you to 'LOT P' which is where the Dodger store is for those who are familiar . The store was closed when I went . I got there around 12:45. Walk through the stadium gate where you'll be up top with other people . Amazing view of the stadium. Hang out here until 1:00 when the tour guide will gather everyone up to being to tour. They check the e-ticket then. Printable ticket is OK too. Our group was around 8 people . We had one main tour guide who talked and a second tour guide to hold down the rear. I believe the main tour guide we had name was 'Curt'. He was great! Very knowledgeable and informative ! Made it fun! The tour starts up top where you go over Dodger history and how they landed in LA. After you take the elevator down below to see all the players and team awards / trophies , go into the VIP fan dining area , onto the field (just around warming track behind home plate) , visitor dug out, back up top to VIP private room before finishing the tour. tons of photo opportunities !! Only thing is you can't record continuously . Tour takes about 1.5 hours. It wasn't rushed at all and I learned so much about the Dodgers (I'm not even a Dodger fan haha!) Disclaimers first. I'm a Giants fan but most important like I'm a baseball fan. I've enjoyed the rivalry over the years. I've been to a fair share of games at Dodger Stadium. This summer I was able to tour the three oldest MLB ball parks It was fortunate timing that the dodgers were out of town but opening up a three game series against the Giants on Monday. This allowed for a full access tour that included media rooms, clubhouse, training room and all.practive and warmup areas. Reservations were made for the Sunday tour knowing this wasn't a game day so we would see the complete tour and not have to work around the players and game day preparations. The stadium itself is alright but no comparison to the other two toured this summer. Sorry but Wrigley and Fenway are truly iconic parks. The staff here was nice and a few light hearted Barb's were exchanged at me, the guy with the Giants hat. The tour was excellent and the displays were Nickey done and fairly well thought out. Especially the trophy area with golden glove, Cy Young and silver slugger replicas. A tour worthy of the time and nominal expense. read more

We came on a Saturday afternoon during off season...get there early as only one gate (gate a) is open for parking. You will park at the top deck by lot p and begin your tour there. The clubhouse tour is $50 & the stadium tour is $30...the clubhouse tour was cooler and included even more behind the scenes action such as the batting cages, the weight room and a look inside the locker room. You start at the top and work your way down going through the pep talk room, the press box, the hall of memorabilia, a luxury suite, and then through the historic visitors locker room, the visitors dugout, and the dodgers dugout. They where a mix of kindergarten/first grade and I do not feel like they where of age to take part in such a field trip because let's face it they 99% do not know anything of dodgers or the stadium and are not interested in listening quietly to history/facts. This was my first time visiting a baseball stadium, so I was pretty excited about the tour. Then I experienced the racial discrimination and it killed my tour. I happened to be the only minority in the tour group. Rest of the group I was with were Caucasians. During the tour the guide effectively ignored to answer my questions even though I asked in front of him. While on the other hand I saw him being friendly to rest of the Caucasians and giving detailed answers to the questions they asked. I felt racially discriminated. I'm a huge Dodger fan and have been to Dodger Stadium countless times, so why am I only giving the tour 3 stars? Because my tour was ridiculously overcrowded, provided few new insights or fun facts, and offered only a couple of sites that couldn't be viewed otherwise. I've been on a lot of stadium tours before and this one wasn't nearly as good as others I've been on. It's still worth it if you are a Dodger fan or if you're from out of town and there's not a game going on. Just keep your expectations to a minimum and you'll have good time. CROWD: After checking in and showing our tickets, it appeared that the herd of ~50 people were going to be split into two groups. I even overheard our guide ask another guide if he was going to take part of the group. The second guy said "no" so we were stuck with a monster group. Given the size of the group, it was tough to keep everyone together and everything took longer (especially having to wait for elevators). There were too many times when I felt like we were standing around waiting. When we got to the dugout and the field I then felt rushed. GUIDE: Our guide had a strong voice and was very pleasant but had a bad habit of making jokes about the Ducks-Kings rivalry rather than staying focused on the task at hand. He discussed some of the history of the stadium and the Dodger organization, but anyone who is a big Dodger fan already knows all this stuff (retired numbers, World Series appearances, last Dodger to throw a no hitter, etc.). There were no prizes for getting any of the questions correct, so that may simply depend on your guide. WHAT WE SAW: What you see on your tour will probably vary based on time of year, construction, etc., but here's what we got to see that pretty much anyone could see: - Views from the top deck of the Hollywood sign, Griffith Observatory, and downtown. - Views of the field from the top deck. - Dodgers Foundation Wall of Fame (wall of baseballs purchased by fans with money going to the team's charitable foundation) Here's what we saw that you could normally only see if you have Dugout Club tickets: - Dodger trophy displays - World Series trophies, Gold Gloves, Rookies of the Year, etc. - The Dugout Club bar, restaurant, memorabilia displays. - Views from the Dugout Club seats. Here's what you get to do that you normally could never do: - Sit in the Vin Scully press box. This is the press box for the print/online media that is named after Vin. You can see where Nancy Bea Hefley plays the organ (through a glass wall), but you can't see the actual box where Vin, Jaime, etc. make their magic. - Stand on the foul territory dirt around the infield. We were quickly shepherded around so they could take a picture (that they would later try and sell you), so didn't have too much time to soak it all in. - Hang out in the Dodger dugout. Again, it was crowded and we didn't have a lot of time. - Walk through the hallways from the dugout through to the dugout club. Not exciting at all other than to see the display of bobbleheads (not just Dodgers but all MLB teams). WHAT WE DIDN'T SEE: - Either the home or the visiting clubhouses. It was off-season so we were hoping to see at least one of them. - The actual box where Vin Scully sits. - Luxury suites or the wonderful memorabilia collection on the Club level. - Bullpens. - Views of the stadium from various levels or the newly remodeled outfield. If this is your only chance to see the stadium, they should really take you to the outfield as well to get a full sense of the size of the stadium. read more

Tour was just OK. I generally like all of the California teams including the Giants and the Dodgers. For much of the Dodgers tour the guide went out of his way to bash the Giants. I've been on the Giants tour as well. I don't remember them even mentioning the Dodgers. So I have to say, the Giants tour was a lot classier and more respectful of the game as a whole. They were also insistent that we absolutely NOT step on the grass. However, there were about 100 kids running around on the grass, a few groundskeepers, and the guides themselves all walking on the grass. read more

NOT.A.DODGER.FAN. .BASBEBALL ISNT A REAL SPORT. Okay, now that that's out of the way. My sister loves baseball. She lives in Boston so we know where her loyalty lies.., but she does have a love for all the stadiums. So here we are. James was our tour guide. Can James be the teacher of all things? He was the best. He is passionate about baseball and the Dodgers, so it's the perfect retirement job for him. The tour was very interesting and there is so much history covered in it. I really enjoyed every minute on the tour and I loved seeing die hard fans (and friends of fans), just soaking it up and trying to answer old history questions along the way. You get to go everywhere on the tour. Press boxes, suites, on the field, the dugout, locker rooms, it's the whole she-bang. I would completely recommend this tour to anyone who is a Dodger fan, baseball fan or a person in LA looking for something to do. It's pretty affordable and while it didn't convince me that baseball is a real sport, it def pulled on my heart strings and showed me why the Dodgers matter. read more
