The pharmacist gave me incorrect advice about using eye drops after cataract surgery. When I questioned it as it was different than what the nurse told me and asked him to call the nurse to confirm. He was condescending, did not call and told me the incorrect advice again. Only after I insisted he call did he call and then told me I was correct. He did not apologize for his mistake. I need a pharmacy I can trust and I can't trust this one read more

Walgreens received my prescription on a Wednesday. They were out of stock of the item needed for my…read moreprescription. I called multiple times and they finally got what was needed for my prescription in on Friday. They said they would have the prescription ready by 11am that day. I stopped by the pharmacy at 12:25pm, in order to give them plenty of time. They told me it would be a 10 minute wait I waited for 35 minutes and I finally went up to the counter. I then asked the girl if my prescription was going to be ready anytime soon and she said let me grab it and give it to the pharmacist so he can check it. She gave it to the pharmacist and he handed it immediately back to her and then she handed it to me. this is something that she could have done right when I walked up to the counter at 12:25pm. I feel that they purposely made me wait and I felt very disrespected. The prescription that was supposed to be ready by 11 AM was not actually ready until 1:05 PM and that was after I waited 35 minutes and had to go up to the counter for a second time to remind them. If I didn't go back up to the counter, who knows how long I would've sat there waiting. Very unprofessional and rude. I will never return, I will be getting my prescriptions filled elsewhere.

I am here to sing the praises of this resale shop. I'll address this issue first. On my first visit, I purchased a shirt without trying it on in the store. I tried it on at home and it did not fit. It sat in the back seat of my car well past the 7-day return policy period. When I finally got back to the area about a month later, they still accepted an exchange. Very gracious when I would have been willing, too, to just give it back for them to sell again. I am not a very patient shopper, and usually very focused on an item or two and getting in and out fast. But here I find myself perusing the extensive selection of good, clean, and frequently designer offerings in clothing, at least in men's. I love the pricing. Everything I looked at was either $4.29 for shirts, shorts and slacks, or another slightly higher price (maybe $8.29) for items like jackets, outerwear, suit jackets and dress slacks. Makes everything so much easier, like the dollar store! Check it out if you're a vintage or resale fan.
