CT Asthma and Allergy center was a lot better than I anticipated, given that I get woozy at every medical office I've been to, even though I'm not weird about needles or blood or anything like that. Even though I got totallly woozy at the skin test, they were cool about it (and boo, didn't get any results out of it), and were quick with the blood test to get my quick results. Overall, it was a straightforward, efficient visit with friendly, helpful, educational staff. I guess that's all you can ask for at a place like this.

So I paid two co pays to get earwax out of my ears. My insurance company , connecticut cross blue shield then informed me that the audiologist who performed the hearing test , was not in my preferred doctor list. Now , I know it's not their job to find out if i'm covered but I did present them with an insurance card before I got service. As far as I know and has always been my experience in the past, I pay my copay and that's it. Two or three weeks or perhaps a little longer , I received another bill. I just called the billing Department , and they couldn't be bothered to answer my call. The phone answers Billing Department and that's it. With a deal like that , I have zero confidence in this business.

They did not put our appointment time in correctly into their system so the Doctor had left for the day and the next available appointment was WEEKs later. After a virtual appointment a follow up was apparently needed yet never conveyed so weeks went by waiting on a medication only to follow up and be told we actually need an appointment.
