I also feel, not letting people know that there was another location within walking distances made me feel like the reason there where so few of any 1 garment was these were leftovers I'm paying full price for! I'm learning pigeon forge and the whole shopping at the island tends to be a tourist trap. I love going there and we probably always will just for the beautiful mountain scenery but I've learned my lesson as far as shopping goes. We don't live far so people have been saying things about the shopping traps for a few years now. I do love the pieces I got but I just felt wronged by the omission of the other location with very similar pieces on full racks.

There are so many boutiques, delicious restaurants(don't even try on Sunday and Monday) and stores with antiques and little treasures. It's absolutely adorable! Now, this store is SO packed with beautiful things that you will want to take home. If you're on a budget I recommend their neighbor, Renewed Creations. There are beautiful and reasonably priced items there and it's so fun to walk around and take a look at the variety of items. Southern Traditions is more high-end and has great gifts if you want to impress some of your fancy friends. Personally, I'm champagne taste on a beer budget, so I just love to window shop. But around Christmas time I just had to go see what goodies they had and found the most adorable things and not at all out of my budget. So there ya go. I also love to take friends from out of town because they love all of the home goods.

My second visit to the store I purchased a top on off the sale rack. The first time I wore the top the elastic cuff came loose on one sleeve after an hour of wear. I would have thought by the prices of the clothing it would have been of better quality. I have tops from JcPenny that have lasted longer than this for far less money even on sale. If you you plan on returning a defective item expect in store credit because that is what they offer. Most stores will try an satisfy the customer if they can not find a replacement by offering your money back but that was not the case here. So now I have a card for an in store credit that I couldn't use because I couldn't find anything I really wanted. Really not sure if I will go back to even use it. He decided to just pick it up instead of paying 100+ dollars for them to deliver a tv. Well the day the tv was supposed to be in stock he called up there to see is he could come pick it up and Tena said they couldn't order the tv and he would have to either pick another tv and offered him the SAME BRAND TV SAME INCH AND SAME QUALITYS for $70 more. He said no. He paid for the other tv and then she offered him the tv off the wall that's been up a little over a month on 7 days a week 10+ hours a day and kept telling him it's new barely used. He paid for a new never been used tv and he told her that she just kept offer the used tv. And if he didn't cancel the delivery fee there's not telling what they would have sent us because there not requirement to inform you of changes. Won't be back ever again

I was told yes, just as long as I didn't want red or white. No problem as I was ordering an arrangement for what would have been my mom and dads 54th anniversary. I didn't specify exact flowers but told her I had a budget for a $75 cut flower arrangement.. after delivery and tax it came out to $93. Now let's talk about what my mother received. 4 roses, aster, stalk and a few little mums and lots of green filler. Looked like a bouquet of weeds! Their website showed beautiful arrangements.. a dozen pink roses were $79 so I assumed I would be getting a nice arrangement. My mother was dissatisfied, said they could come back and pick these up but the flowers aren't even worth the gas to do that! How sad that my mother feels this way about something that was supposed to bring her joy. She knew I would have never accepted such an arrangement and I'm not. I have sent an email and requested a refund. I have purchased flowers from this florist in the past, so let's hope they make it right.
