I appreciated that very much. The results were uploaded to MyChart within the hour. Very efficient and nice people. Because I went in within 2 hours of my appointment, the insurance had not approved my test. They waited until the last minute to see If it would be approved and gave me the option to pay out of pocket or reschedule. I didn't have time or want to risk having a problem, so unpaid out of pocket and will working out with my insurance. They were very upfront about it and I liked having the option.

I was expecting to sit in the waiting room and not get much attention since I didn't arrive by ambulance, but they quickly got me to a bed (and not one in hallway). The door opened and I walked inside and Anna without introducing herself or stating her title aggressively began to review charges that had incurred on my account while the system was recently updated. I'm expecting money from about 3 different sources at the same time/ signing a lease to a new place. I informed Anna of this while also providing proof that I'm waiting on deposits. Anna completely ignored the fact that the system allowed me to overdraft my account of only .68 cents by more than $2,500 and counting so I'm told. Anna informed me that I should pay ALL of the funds back she was so aggressive and unprofessional and unpleasant I didn't get a chance to tell her about her not acknowledging the system glitch or apologizing that it gave me such a large amount sent my account into the negative. They will then send you an immediate text where you fill out the paperwork. The entire process took less than 5 minutes to complete. You can then monitor your place in line via there website, which was quite convenient because you don't have to wait inside their office. There were about 10 patients ahead of us, but they move quite quickly. We checked in at 10:26 and were out by 10:52. Christine performed our tests. She was friendly and very professional. All you need is your drivers license. They accept insurance, but also take patients with no insurance. The test was free of charge. The results were ready less than 48 hours later. You have to create an account with Quest Diagnostics to access results.

English and Spanish are spoken at the office. When I walked in, it was pretty late at night, so it was not crowded. I was visited by the doctor quickly, and the operation began. They send the prescriptions right there, so make sure you have the address and name of your favorite pharmacy at hand. Will definitely return for any messes I find myself in. They are open until midnight.
