This is a wonderful cafe in Cabo. I would definitely recommend Doce Cuarenta for breakfast, brunch, lunch, a snack or evening dessert. We came several times during our week stay. The space is hidden in the back of a restaurant, just follow the long alley in. It opens up to a large spacious courtyard with plenty of outdoor seating and cozy indoor tables. The courtyard is beautiful during the day and very intimate with the strung lights in the evening.
Seems like locals and tourists both enjoy the coffee and ambiance here. It's usually busy, but there's enough space for everyone to hang out and still feel comfortable. The staff are polite, the service is quick and they keep the place well maintained.
They have baked goods that looked yummy. I didn't get to try any this time, since we visited after our meal. That just means we'll have to visit soon again. read more
