Wow. First time here and will NEVER go back for how terribly I was treated for calling the store…read morewhile driving towards location. I called total of 6x from deep broken arrow to jenks. I honestly thought they were busy but after the 3rd called the boy answered just to yell at me "STOP CALLING" and hang up. I thought I got the wrong number and I felt bad. So I double checked. It was correct. By 6th time I get thru and the boy answers only to set the phone down take care of 1 person and never pick it up. When I got to the drive thru and I asked if he was the one who hung up, he replied ur the one blowing up my phone. I tried to explain my situation. Wasn't sure if u had what I needed if I would have to go else where, but before I could the boy started yelling again. I cut him off and asked how was I suppose to know u were the only one u didn't even answer after...he cut me off again, "WHAT THE HELL DO U WANT" I told him at this point I want ur name and a mangers name and he just laughed and smiled. Mocked me and said I give u whatever name u want but ur not going to sit here and act like a b**ch. Had to call the s/o. I hadnt raised my voice, belittled this person, cursed at him, nothing. I will be posting this on every page cuz NO ONE should be treated how I was by your employee. Ps. I did leave out alot more of the siruation, but that is for the managers to know. Stay clear of this location plz. For your wellbeing.
