Texas Tower Passport and Visa Services

I just used their visa services and it was so easy. When I was deciding which service to use one of…read moremy deciding factors is they answer their phones. I just got a 5 year visa that a different company told me I couldn't get. Jenny and the entire team made this stress free. I loved working with Texas Tower passport and visa services.

Came here for the first time. My son has a Japan trip coming up in August and we mistakenly assumed…read morethat his passport was good for 10yrs, buuuuut luckily I checked (better later than too late) and realized it was expired last year! I had an appointment at my local post office last Friday and it was the only appointment available until late July. We show up and the passport clerk called in sick and cancelled all the appointments. I was so pissed and also worried because I don't know what else to do so I Google searched what my options were and I came across this place. Please don't get me wrong, I was a bit skeptical about this place, just seemed like a scam or shady, but after some research, I decided to give it a go because we were desperate to get this down in time especially because I'm flying out of state this weekend and won't return until the end of July so I had to help my son out now. Anyways, staff member Jenny helped me over the phone answering the infinite questions that I had for her. She was super friendly, patient and thorough with me so I can better under what I need to do and why. This was on a Friday on the phone with her and I'm located about 2hrs from their office. She's off on Mondays, but she prepped a packet for me to show up on Monday when she didn't have to. She did this off of pure good faith that I'd show up and not ditch. Upon coming to their office, the small and dark parking lot was super empty and there was a homeless guy sleeping on the ground along the stairwell and front entrance. It gave me the feeling again that the good-to-be-true awesome service, was at this shady looking place. It just so happens that that we were just there early and more cars started to fill up the lot. Another staff member, Ricardo helped me and he was super fast and friendly. We showed up at 9am and were out the door before 930am to go to an USPS appointment that Jenny set for me. It was a farther, but necessary drive to take care of this process today so that I'm not driving back and forth. Once we were done with the Post Office, we returned to drop off the sealed envelope so that it could be FedEx'd the next day for processing. Because this was considered "expedited," I had to pay $580 for the whole process plus $35 Post Office processing fee and an extra $45 fee for FedEx services to have it shipped to my house overnight once the Post Office does their part. This office did all the work and we just had to sign and go tot the Post Office. I wouldn't be paying this much if I just paid attention to my son's passport expiration date, but this was a hard lesson learned and timing was against us. Overall, I definitely recommend this business should you ever need an expedited passport. Staff were all around, AMAZING. Parking lot is super small and shady looking lol. Just park and walk upstairs through the front glass doors. It appears that there is no elevators so for those handicap or can't walk up the stairs, I would call first. The hours show 24/7, but they do in fact have office hours. Hopefully Google Edit will accept my request to update their office hours.

Needless to say, as we perused the store, my husband's interest peaked more and more the longer we stayed. I guess you could say I rubbed off on him and he's into plants too. Or maybe it's that he has another excuse to build somethin on his 3D printing machine (eye roll) hahaha! The staff were all friendly, and while I didn't catch the staffs members name, there was one in particular that was super helpful! I ended up walking out with the most beautiful tradescantia navicularis and couldn't be happier to add another plant baby to my collection. My hubs bought coco coir and a potting tool kit to help transplante a succulent that was growing out of control... We had a spontaneous, impromptu day date together and came home with stuffsss! The last time I was there, they had an awesome terrarium on display, that included some fish swimming in the lower portion. I almost had to buy it! At the front of the store, you can also find a lot of discounted plants. I stop here every time I visit Houston.
