Always a long line to check in, SLOW but once you reach a person they are always helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.. X-ray techs, cast girls, PAC's & Doctors great! Parking makes it a miserable experience. There used to be an awesome security guard BRIAN that met you with a SMILE & a wheel chair kept traffic moving an made it a 5star experience. We miss him. New security guard is hard to find.

I was in and out within an hour... X-rays and all. From the woman who checked me in, to Ryan who asked questions/background information and took me in for X rays, John (?) the X-Ray tech, to Dr. Medellin, the woman whom I gave my discharge papers, and the woman who scheduled an MRI and Occupational Therapy for me; everyone was absolutely amazing. My PT'S, John and Taylor were extremely knowledgeable about my condition, supportive and responsive to my input, and tailored a rehab program that in 3 months had restored my ability to perform several every day physical tasks that I had significant difficulty with.
