Trying to make an appointment for much needed antibiotics, (due to a horrible open wound infection) and follow up from an ER visit, was the furthest thing from a concern for this lady. After being told to hold (naturally i thought she was with a patient trying to check in) i soon found out i was put on said hold so the woman could wait for a commercial break from the Judge Mathis show. Which could clearly be heard on my end of the phone. Along with her comments about the defendants on the show, all while laughing, and at one point (this blew me away) overheard her say "this fucking mexican!". After the 10 minutes of watching her program she abruptly told me "i have one appt open a 915 tmrw". Me, not being able to make this particular time, asked if there was anything just a bit later. "Ha! No, you can make this time or find another way to score your antibiotics". She actually used the word 'score'.....? I never write reviews. But this particular human waste should be called out on her bullshit. I wish there was a negative star option

We are well settled in and I couldn't be happier. Finding a Dr to replace your kids Dr is hard. I haven't had a single issue with this office. Not once. They're great with referrals also which is a big deal for some offices it seems. Not here. Anything THEY can do in office they gladly do. No shipping you out unless they have to which is also great.

As time has progressed he has become impossible to schedule an appointnent with, having to wait weeks to be seen for a simple sinus infection. After multiple attempts to even get through to the receptionists so i can schedule an appointment, the dr doesnt even complete an actual physical on me when the entire reason i am there IS TO GET AN ANNUAL PHYSICAL. Then, because he doesn't do the physical, he refuses to sign my release to work EVEN THOUGHCI AM ALREADY WORKING AND HE KNOWS I HAVE BEEN (for the same company and the same job) , stating, "ill fill out this note when i have the time." He was notified a week prior by the head office receptionist that i would need this 1 pg paper which was check box only, then a signature at the bottom so i could continue to work on the following monday he just walked out of the room as if my needs as a patient despite paying for my own care just didnt even matter to him. I ssked if he could just write it out on script stating "cleared to work with no limitations" and he STILL REFUSED!!! do yourself a favor dont even ask to become a patient here. Ibspent 6 days at cooper for a nasty case pneumonia and at my schedule up, he stated, "oh, i didnt even know you were sick!" As an RN in the medical community nyself, i can see why his NP, PA leave all the time. His practice is a joke.

I decided I wanted to get it…read moredone right away, so I looked up South Jersey Radiology and saw that the Voorhees location took walk-ins up to 8:30 PM (weekdays). The office was easy to spot, well lit with lots of signage and ample parking. Upon entering the office I was welcomed by the front desk person, Gary. Gary was very friendly and quickly went through all my paperwork, provided me with a black folder and told me to take a seat. The waiting room/ lobby was huge and had plenty of seating. I only had to spend a short time here, as I was taken back within 10 minutes of my arrival. I was brought to a small room and given a paper gown. The X-Ray technician, Brain, then came and walked me back to the X-Ray room. Brain was beyond friendly and made it feel like I was catching up with a friend rather than getting an x-ray. Whenever I need radiology work- I will be coming here. Great staff, clean office, and quick service- what more could anyone want from a Radiology office? TIP: Your results will be sent to your doctor, but you can ask for a copy of your x-ray. The copy will be provided on a disk which you can view on your computer.

I tried calling back but didn't have the drive to get back in the long queue considering the amount of pain I was in. I then checked on their website and found an appointment available on the night I wanted in another location. Unfortunately, their website booking wouldn't work after several attempts so I ended up leaving a voicemail requesting that time. Eventually, I spoke to a lady who refused to give me that time and said someone else took it. Therefore, I was forced to drive out to Voorhees while feeling the effects of painkillers. Super awesome and safe. I felt pretty awful and annoyed upon arrival. The lady at the front desk was nice enough and didn't take too long to check me in. Eventually I was brought back and told to change. They then stuck me in a chair for at least 15 minutes while someone else finished their test. I find that practice SO annoying. Maybe it makes the process more convenient for them, but it's so uncomfortable for the patient. The test itself was fine, though the tech didn't offer to help me sit up when I struggled. I guess that's not part of their job. This location is clean and new, and it's good if you live near Voorhees. I just found the whole trip to be a hassle.
