I spoke with Ivey on June 12 and made an appointment for June 28th (16 days in the FUTURE!!!) for a basic cleaning with reoccurring monthly cleanings every month thereafter. I made it clear when we spoke that her staff needed to be gone by mid afternoon. Ivey told me that would not be a problem. Last night (June 26) as my wife is preparing dinner, and my adult son and I are playing video games, the doorbell rings. Low and behold if it isn't two cleaning agents from 3 Broads who are at my home to clean....wait a minute...didn't I schedule my cleaning for the 28th?? Dang right I did! I dig up the confirmation email from Ivey and my son shows it to her staff. They reply with "Oh we will have to talk to our boss to come back, this happens ALL the time." So today, June 27th, I email Ivey to see what happened. At that point I was willing to give em another chance....I mean come on mistakes happen everywhere....right??? Her reply is "Yes they are coming today (as in June 27th) and by five PM will be a problem. They have a full day and I don't see them getting to your place before 3PM.". ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? So again Ivey has the wrong date AND is telling me her staff can't be done in the time frame I asked for on June 12 when I made the appt. What the hell?? Then my phone rings and it is Ivey. She seemed confused on the phone like she still wasn't sure what was going on. She pawned off the mistake on whomever does their schedule and tells me she doesn't do scheduling. SERIOUSLY??? Then put me on the phone with whomever does do scheduling so I can understand why this matter is so confusing. I finally just threw the towel in and told her to cancel the appt. I am done. He replied "Good morning, unfortunately due to the increase of cost in fuel and supplies as well as cost of living the we had to change our pricing structure to flat rate which will make you normal price of 160 which allow the girls to leave from each house early- Thank you-Lyle". What a scam!!!! I did not even want 2 hours to begin with, but they claimed that because of how long it had been since I used their service, the ladies would need a full 2 hours to complete their work.

We ultimately ended up engaging Daniel to clean the carpets in our entire house, rather than just the stain. Prior to arriving he called to say he was 30 minutes away. Arrived promptly at the time he specified he would be here. Daniel outlined the cleaning process, including expectations afterward, with regard to drying. He met all expectations. I did not feel that I was being over-charged. The price seemed fair and reasonable. He worked diligently and was conscientious. We were disappointed that the smell on the carpet in the area we had asked him to thoroughly clean came back a couple days later. We had paid extra for him to ensure the smell was removed. His solutions offered over the phone subsequently all included additional costs. I wish he would have done a better job to explain that the extra charges on the front end might not be the solution we needed.

We also had a small workshop with a lot of wood scraps because you can always make / fix something with it. Respectfully, I am submitting this review to describe my experience with this company…read more I hired them to do a deep clean, and while they were very nice and friendly, they didn't do the deep clean that they told me they would do. Only about half of their comprehensive list of cleaning services for their deep clean were done, despite them charging me their full deep clean fee. They agreed in writing what cleaning services would be done for the deep clean price, supplying a detailed list of the deep clean services via text, but they didn't do many of the things they said were included. We did a superficial clean ourselves before they came, so that they could focus on all the deep clean services. They spent 2 hours at our house, which amounted to about $100 per hour. Part of that cost were two extra fees on top of the normal deep clean fee to clean the fridge and for having a pet. They only wiped down two shelves on the fridge, not touching the drawers or door shelves, which were noticeably dirty. They didn't vacuum or clean the only two chairs that our cat sits on, leaving hair and spots. They didn't vacuum or mop the stairs, which was supposed to be included. They only cleaned a couple of windows, although cleaning all the windows was supposed to be included. They didn't clean the glass on the front door, also supposed to be included. They cleaned around things like toys and shoes and small rugs, instead of moving them and cleaning under them, leaving those areas untouched, despite being noticeably dusty and dirty. They didn't clean the walls in the shower, leaving them noticeably grimy and dirty. They didn't clean the top of ceiling fans, only the bottoms, even though they said they would do the tops, and we supplied them with a ladder to reach them. They didn't clean light fixtures, which were noticeably dusty/spotty. They left several shelf surfaces dusty and untouched, and didn't clean the baseboards. All of these things were supposed to be included. They asked my wife and I to walk around when they were done and point out anything they missed. The only thing they then cleaned that we pointed out to them was the front of kitchen cabinets that they hadn't done. As we began to point out other things, they told us they would come back to clean them. Eight days went by and they hadn't come back or given us a date to come back, despite us having texted them the day after the cleaning to let them know all the things that hadn't been done. The owner replied to the initial text and told us that they would come back, but then a week went by without hearing back from them. When we texted them again to check in after that week, the owner texted us back saying they couldn't get to us for two and half more weeks, that they were trying to to fit us in, but they didn't offer an appointment or ask us when a good day would be. If they really planned on coming back, they would have come back during that first 8 days, or at least made an appointment, not just shelve us for over three weeks without any scheduling whatsoever. After that text exchange, we assumed they weren't actually going to come back, so we told them that we would just finish the job and hire someone else in the future, as we had guests coming to town and needed the house to be clean for their arrival. I wish the experience had been different. Respectfully, it was very disappointing.
