She said they've been getting a lot of prank calls so it's frustrating?? Not the customers fault when they literally tell people to call that number (screenshot attached). This company kept me informed of the process with texts throughout the week. David Ramsey arrived for his scheduled appointment exactly on time (no four or more hour windows like a lot of companies). He assessed the work that would be needed, explained what could be kept and what would need to be replaced. He picked up the needed supplies and got right to work. He was knowledgeable, experienced and efficient. The job he did on the fence and gate was excellent. I highly recommend this company for a wide variety of your repair needs.
