I told him I was not satisfied as my carpet was still dirty. He told me "it's clean, even though it doesn't look clean, it's clean." He charged me $260, and told me I need to educate myself regarding carpet cleaning. In a matter of minutes after he left, I got the stains out, which he told me would be impossible. Do NOT hire, beware!

He got the stain right out. I can't thank them enough for their hard work.
