The price for the work was very fair and their workmanship was very good. I was particularly impressed that all the workers were friendly, respectful and showed up each day with a smile on their face. Even my neighbour commented on how nice they were to have around. They delivered exactly as proposed on the construction.

This company has done some work in my neighbourhood and they have been incredibly unprofessional…read more The work at one house had to be completely redone as the driveway this company laid buckled almost immediately. In a second instance on my street, the crew stole power from a house next to the one they were working on. The owner of the company was then verbally abusive to the homeowner of the home they stole from. His aggressive behaviour and attempts at intimidation resulted in the police being called. I recommend avoiding this company at all costs. The owner behaves like a bully and has no professionalism whatsoever and the work they do is substandard, at best.

I am extremely happy with the work accomplished by Brad and his crew. They know what customer…read moreservice really means and they take pride in a job well done. Brad actually came out in person, in a timely fashion, to give me an estimate and was most helpful in explaining what was required and why. They were able to do the landscaping as well as the concrete work and a few odds and ends that I desired - a one stop shop for me! The concrete work was extensive front and back but completed in a timely manner despite the torrential rains which interrupted the process. I was always kept informed as to the work schedule and timeline to expect. The crew must be congratulated for their tidiness and clean-up abilities. Their mothers would be proud!!

I highly recommend this company for a stress free renovation…read more I appreciated the detailed written work order which clearly outlined every aspect of the job accompanied by clear financial obligations. They were very accommodating in researching, substituting and installing any additional requests to make the renovation exactly as I envisioned. Each professional connected with the project was on time, courteous, performed quality work and left the work area clean beyond expectations at the end of each day. Overall I'd give this company a 5/5 star rating.

Jason showed up on time, communication was good, he had ideas and samples, the quote was thorough and it all happened in under a month. His team was detail oriented, thorough, professional and they cleaned up after themselves. Our bathroom was gutted, everything was to replaced along with a new fan added and part of our main stack was also replaced - full bathroom renovation. We have no regrets and would recommend them to anyone. The team went above and beyond for us. We felt like they were working with us (not against us like previous contractors), they kept us in the loop with communication and the end result speaks for itself. When we did have questions they were always available to answer them even if it was on the weekend or after work. They made us feel like they cared about our project. We appreciated all the ideas, samples and photos from other jobs that helped us make decisions. Hybrid delivered what they promised - 10/10 would hire them again! Can't believe it's the same bathroom, it feels like a spa.
