Matt was amazing. He guided us through every step of the process as first time home buyers. He helped us get pre approved for a mortgage in a couple of days, referred us to a wonderful realtor, and was always available to answer any of our questions. We met Matt on a Saturday, and the following Saturday we were signing mortgage papers, and had secured our dream home! I can't thank Matt and Jean enough. Rachel C. New Westminster

Turnaround time for our appraisal to settle an estate was less than 48 hours. The report is extensive, with both interior and exterior photos, and three similar properties in the neighbourhood for comparison. It took a while to set the appointment, but only because we had so many factors to consider. Ms. Lee gave a range of times she would be available, and was clear on the amount of time the appointment would require, which was 30 minutes in our case. The report was emailed in pdf and was clear and easy to read. Leemore & Associates came highly recommended through a fellow yelper - and Ms Lee was fabulous.

I think everyone on Burke Mountain knows of Rebecca Permack as she has been so involved in the…read morecommunity over the years. We had a couple of Realtors in mind and after meeting with Rebecca it was clear that she was an experienced real estate professional and our decision was made! She and Stephanie brought staging ideas that aligned with our decor, had a virtual tour/photos done in short order. We listed in what is usually a "down time" in real estate however Rebecca marketed well, held an open house and was involved every step of the way in home showings. She expertly guided us through multiple offers and sold our home fast. She referred us to a team of Realtors in the area we are moving to which was fantastic as they worked together to get both the purchase and sale done and possession dates are structured perfectly. If you're looking for a Realtor in the Tri-cities and beyond, call Rebecca!

The first chat with Rebecca really set the stage for us and we knew at that moment that we wanted to work with her. Rebecca was so easy to talk to, down to earth and really made us feel at ease about our move. Moving across country was already very daunting and involved so many things, but Rebecca was amazing. Rebecca is so knowledgeable and experienced and never got tired of all of our crazy questions, or if she did, she never made us feel like it was ever an imposition. Rebecca's colleague Steph is also amazing, so friendly and very helpful. The personal touches from Rebecca and Steph really make you feel like they are as invested as you are in finding the home you want. Fast forward to our next home purchase and we did not hesitate in contacting Rebecca to help us find our dream home. We looked at so many houses to find the perfect one and Rebecca was always there when we needed advice, wanted to run ideas by her or to just answer one of our MANY questions. Rebecca is a very seasoned Realtor and fights for her clients. When we were in a situation where we got bumped from the house we had an offer in on because our house had not sold yet, we took it as a sign that we weren't supposed to have that house for whatever reason. But then that offer fell through and our house had sold, so we took that as a sign that we were supposed to have that house after all. So Rebecca helped us put another offer in and even helped a very inexperienced Realtor close the deal so they didn't risk losing a second deal for the same house. Working with Rebecca and Steph to find our dream house has been amazing and we would recommend her (and have) to everyone.

I reached out to other mortgage lenders and the big banks and most were super slow to respond, didn't even respond at all or couldn't provide me a decent rate. Some didn't even care to really do anything. And then there was Keith, he picked up my call right away and I felt like I was talking to a friend. Keith was very knowledgeable and quick to do the calculations, and right then, I knew it was a no brainer to switch my mortgage from 3.09% to 1.75% even with a penalty. This was my first time breaking my mortgage to go with another lender and I was nervous, but Keith assured me every step of the way that this was going to be okay. And in the end, in less than 2 weeks, I made the switch. Everything was done through email and the phone, except the part where I had to meet my notary, that had to be done in person. I'm super happy with Keith and whole-heartily recommend his honest and kind service. He is super patient to answer all your questions and needs without hesitation. Keep up the great work!
