At first, they told me they would have to pull the bumper to get to the lights. And they pulled into the bay, came into the waiting room and told me that that was not the case told me would be $238.65. Since they already had it in the bay, I told him to go ahead. Took them about 40 minutes. When I got the bill, it was $185 for labor & $49.98 for the two lights. A few days later I happen to be driving by the dealer and ran in to see what it would cost. It was $162.00 that included labor and two lights. So I dropped into Legacy And questioned the bill. I was basically told I could've shopped somewhere else or told them to pull the car when they told me the price. I figured they'd at least try to match it but they didn't. So I won't be going back if I have to pay dealer prices I'll go to the dealer. They were friendly enough, just not up front and honest. Like I said, according to their website, their prices are better than the dealers. That's definitely not true.

His tone of voice was arrogant and accusatory towards me. After several minutes on the phone with Ron it was clear to me that he was not willing to provide any level of customer service. I asked for his supervisor and Ron replied "No." Never have I experienced a customer service agent with such a nasty attitude. It came as no surprise that Ron did not want me to talk to his supervisor because he would have been reprehended for the disgusting way in which he spoke. Ron needs to work on their people skills or find a different career path. I still do not have a working key for my car. The car has been sitting on their lot while they give every excuse for not being able to get a replacement key. Yesterday I called the store manager back and told them to send my car to the dealership. Dobbs is clearly incapable of getting the key they lost replaced so the dealer will need to replace it for them. I called the dealership this morning. They do not have my car. I called the store manager and was told Ron said not to take my car to the dealership. I could not believe what I was hearing. I asked Dobbs to stop trying to work on my car and they refused? I am going up to the store after work today. I will call a tow myself to get my car off of their lot before they mess something else up.

I decided to get another bid and drive by Bobby's Fenton Auto Repair everyday. So I stopped by and he was getting ready to close but was so kind. I explained the check engine light was coding a bad catalytic converter and the vehicle was barely running. He took down all my information and called the very next day. His estimate came back at 1/3 of the first bid. He scheduled me in within a week. He was very affordable and fast, I was even able to afford a tune up w/ new plugs. I dropped off the car before work and it was done and ready to be picked up by the time I got off work. Our vehicle is like driving a new car, we are so excited, no more issues at all and the check engine light hasn't come back on. I have taken our Prius, Odyssey, and my sister's cruiser there for everything from oil changes to AC work to Axle work to inspections. They are thorough and efficient. I am usually in no rush and drop off the vehicle then walk home. They don't do more than they need to - by that they don't intentionally try to generate more work. They have told me when I have gone in for work that (a) wasn't a safety issue, (b) part was OK, just needed to be tweaked, or (c) maybe get it checked the next time.
