And any other questions you might have! If he doesn't know the answer, he will find out. He is so thorough and eagle-eyed that you can get excited about the hardwood floors and eat-in kitchen, knowing that Jeff will spot EVERYthing you need to be aware of. He's also really personable which helps when you're spending entire weekend days with someone. We had one crushing disappointment along the way -- not his fault -- and Jeff's straightforward "Okay, that's in the past, let's move forward" attitude was key in getting us right back out there (and we found our house THAT weekend.) He will guide you through the entire process, through closing, and make you feel -- the whole time -- pretty much like you are his only client. Watch…read moreyour inspector, make sure he knows what he/she is talking about. make sure the plywood on the roof is sturdy and solid and not just new shingles over old/rotten wood. make sure they didn't patch water spots/ leaks with moisture proof sheetrock and not fix the problem. make sure your chimneys are not leaky/ deteriorated. make sure the grounds are connected on your lights and outlets, they are there for a reason. make sure you have smoke detectors, hardwired and interconnected, they are there for a reason. make sure your doors and windows open/close correctly and seal tightly shut. make sure your windows/ doors are weatherproof. make sure your heating/ cooling systems are hooked up properly and are working properly and clean! these are some problems you may run into. the list gets longer and longer, but you would think for such money that you would have peace of mind in your own home. this is my opinion and you may want to have a specialist in each area of the home come in and pick it apart because you never know who is actually doing the work in the first place. its not just what type of material it is its how its installed. i know there are other people out there with the same problems, speak up.

My Co-op in Huntington Village was hard hit by Hurricane Isaias…read more We had 3 giant trees come down in the storm: 1 wrecked our new fence and crushed our new patio set, a second tree from the other side of our fence crashed into a third tree in our courtyard and both giants smashed into our building, causing a hole in our roof while both hung dangerously above our walkway and building entrance, threatening further damage and posing a major safety hazard. The NEXT DAY @ 9am!!! our property manager, Ronni Osman, showed up with a 4-man crew to remove the trees from the building and spent the entire day working to remove the debris -- all while our region struggled with major damage to roadways and power lines. Even though we only signed with them 1 year ago and nobody even hoped to get anyone to come to do tree work in the aftermath of this regional devastation, Ronni Osman of Einsidler Management saw the extent of our damage and put us at the top of the list to get us help. (We're a small property [only 26 units] & they manage over a hundred properties.) The crew returned again over the next several days and completely repaired the roof (it looks better than new!), cleared the remaining debris and made repairs to our fence. The transition to Einsidler from our previous management company of over 20 years met with considerable opposition from some residents, but after this even the die-hards have been converted (the leader of this "opposition faction" even spent hours sitting with our Property Manager during the repairs and heaped the highest accolades on Ronni, Einsidler Mgt. and the crew)!
