But after reading those reviews in its entirety. My husband and I decided to give them a call for an estimate. I spoke with Joe the owner of The Paint Pro's. He was able to come out and give me an estimate that same day which was awesome. He arrived at the scheduled appointment time which is always a plus. We told him what we wanted painted but we really didn't have any colors in mind we just knew we needed a paint job. Joe suggested some colors that I would have never considered and little did we know that we would go with those suggested colors and our walls would look amazing. After the estimate the next day we decided that we wanted to go with The Paint Pro's. The price was very reasonable and if Joe feels that you don't need a wall or a room painted, he won't paint it, it not about painting more rooms to get extra money with this company. Joe had such an amazing personality. He was very pleasant, had a great sense of humor and was very knowledgeable about paint. Joe came that same day we called him and spackle the walls. The next day he arrived and began. The job was suppose to take two days. However, Joe finished everything in one day. Communication was excellent and he explained everything he was going to do and everything he was doing. Joe went above and beyond and definitely exceeded our expectations. I waited to write this review on purpose because I wanted to wait and let the Paint settle and look at it in every angle and under all the possible lighting and I have absolutely no complaints. Would I hire The Paint Pro's again. Absolutely

Needless to say the work was quality, and Nick was very pleasant and professional. I hired Nick to build a laundry room, and fix a sagging roof above my den. Nick kept me posted every step of the way, and if there were unexpected problems, (and when you're opening up a sagging roof there is always the possibility of unexpected issues) he clearly explained every option to fix the problem. But unfortunately I never got the estimate this owner claims. I did actually call and I was told "we're working on it and will have the estimate to you within the next week" - this was 2 weeks after the estimate was supposed to be emailed to me. Fortunately I did find wonderful contractors who did actually come to my house twice, once for the initial consultation and once more to double check the ascetics before finalizing the estimate- this other company I ended up hiring and was very happy. The job was $47,000 and this other company did a beautiful job.

Never does. Finally call again, tells me they install windows not glass and they do not stand by the company that they order their windows from. WHAT???? This is how they run their business? He is GREAT, not only at what he does but just being an overall nice guy in general. We just finished a home renovation project and were in the process of putting our house back together (furniture, picture hanging, ect). I contacted Mike about putting some chairs and dressers together as well as hanging several mirrors and pieces of art around the house (one of which was a huge portrait for over the fire place). We fully expected the job to take between six to eight hours but asked him to come for three hours first because we weren't ready to spend that much money after our renovation. To our great delight, at the three hour mark he finished all but one of the items on our list. We went ahead and paid for another hour and got everything we needed put together and hung in four hours (half the time and price of what we were expecting). The real gold star for him though, is him giving my friend his screw gun while she was putting my drapes up. He could have easily stood their laughing at her trying to screw it in and offer to do it himself (at a cost) when she ultimately failed. Instead he offered up his own tools so that she was able to complete the job. He's a real stand up guy and I'm happy to have done business with him! Highly recommend!
