I try to give my business to local mom and pops . Long story short , not only were they late , they were asking thousands more than they quoted. I found KDP number on the Norco uncensored face book page. Kurtis said he was finishing a job but could be at my house by 10 am. He showed up, had to use both the water leak detection devices. He was pretty sure he found it. He did , it started behind the water heater and was between the walls of my back to back bathrooms. He was professional explained what was going to be done. They rerouted with pex pipe per my request and were done by 5 pm . He and his partner worked together and left everything clean after everything was completed. KDP get a 5 star review from me. It is well deserved. No BS just the facts and no overcharges.

No answering service, no voicemail, just someone who still takes a phone call. I needed my water heater replaced and he came out the next morning and handled it. The installation kit that the big box store sold me was completely wrong for the water heater I just bought from them. No problem. KDP had all the right parts on his truck and got the water heater up and running. No rush trips to the store, no mismatched components, no headache. Also, the new water heater I bought was a different brand than my old water heater. KDP did some custom work on the copper piping so that it would function properly, but again, no problem. Had all those parts on his truck too. I'll be calling KDP for any plumbing work needed in the future.

Beware of this company. They provided plumbing services at my 87 year old mother's house. The first…read morequote was for $19,000 for a redrain of the drainage system. Then they said there was tree root discovered in the line. They quoted $13,000 more to resolve it. There were no options provided for hydrojetting and a liner. We do not know anything about plumbing, so we did not question the additional cost. We had to trust the techs providing the service. We requested a refund and the company offered $4,000.00. We feel that given the cost, we are warranted a higher refund. The company refused. Although the owner states that options were given to my mother, they were not. I, (daughter), was there at the time of the tech's explanation of the work and so was my cousin. The tech spoke to my mother in Spanish, my cousin speaks and understands Spanish, and she also stands firm that no options were given to my mother regarding the option of hydrojetting and liner. If there were options my mother would have chosen the lesser cost. We are very upset with the dishonesty of this company. So, make sure you research costs of other plumbing companies before using this one.

Tech went as scheduled and told me he did a quick check at the unit and then to the electrical panel. And said now if he needs to go into diagnosis, it will cost $175 , and either he can fix it OR that $175 will be used to swap a new unit at $4xx. Since I'm remote, I can only agree to it to move forward. 10mins later, got a call from the tech saying, "there are good and bad news! Good news, the unit was indeed completely fine and it's working alright. The unit was slightly "UNPLUGGED" from the outlet and it works perfectly after I plugged it back in. Bad news, the $175 is due. " I appreciate that the "diagnosis" save me hundreds instead of replacing a fully working unit, but I would have thought the first free initial check should have looked at the connection in the first place. Definitely feel a bit rip off BUT they did give me a small discount in the end. I'm not expecting free work BUT $150 to get someone out to plug it back in? Is that the norm?

Scott has been amazing since we first reached out to him regarding the first leak and Anthony was super through, knowledgable, and above and beyond in communication and walking us through the repiping of our home process. To clarify, we were very impressed by Anthony and his team that came to do the work. We will forever be grateful for choosing Scott's family company. Scott and his team take care of you as if you were family and not too many local family companies express such gratitude, empathy, and devotion towards their customers when stressful situations arise like dealing with a water leak. Huge shout out to Scott, Anthony, and their team again for the win here! I sure hope we have no more water/plumbing surprises, however if we do, we have a great deal of peace of mind since he is our go-to company and we know we will be taken care of.

The plumber who came out was friendly enough, but the quote came in at $1,400 for a straightforward PEX repair. I had already done the discovery, cut the access hole, and identified the leak. This was not a complex job and did not justify that price. I ended up calling another plumbing company who is doing the same repair for $300-$400, over $1000 less. Price padding a simple repair, especially when it feels like it's based on the assumption an insurance claim will be filed, isn't a good look. Honest pricing and integrity matter, and in this case, they missed the mark.

I had already opened the ceiling and walls to trace the leak and just needed a straightforward repair. Mike and Shane from AccuServe (a father/son team) showed up, diagnosed the issue correctly, fixed exactly what was broken, pressure tested everything, and got me back up and running for $400. No upsell. No scare tactics. No trying to rebuild parts of the system that weren't failing. For context, another company quoted $1,400 and wanted to add work I didn't ask for and wasn't needed. AccuServe focused on the actual problem and solved it. Professional, honest, and reasonably priced. This is how plumbing service should be done and how companies operate with integrity. I'll be using them again and I recommend them to anyone who wants real work done without getting taken for a ride.

He immediately guided me through checking whether my tankless water heater was still under warranty and even provided two estimates: one with the warranty and one without. What impressed me most was that even while waiting for my follow-up, he was already working behind the scenes to locate where the replacement unit could be picked up. That level of initiative and professionalism is rare. When Mike came out, he was incredibly transparent and took the time to explain everything that needed to be done. And as luck would have it, my bathtub plate/spout also needed to be replaced--he handled that seamlessly as well. Mike went above and beyond from start to finish. If you need a plumber who communicates, follows through, and genuinely cares about helping you, Mike is your guy. Highly recommend!
