I called and booked an appointment. We took time off work to home and they never showed up. They wanted to change to a different time that didn't work for us and we had already take off time from work to be home. They finally agreed to come and arrived really late. When they arrived they werent in a company truck, no uniform identifting who they were, no business card, nothing, they just expected me to know who they were at my door. After the repair was completed I told them they would get a e-transfer later today to pay the bill, but they refused to leave my house until they called my husband to ensure they would be paid. Because apparently a woman can't be trusted when she says she'll pay the bill. Extremely unprofessional on the phone, they dont even answer the phone with their company name you have to ask them if you have the right number, they don't keep appointments they book, and they don't trust women to pay bills. I will never use them again.
