Having detailed my own vehicles for over 50 years I am extremely picky about outside washes and detailing. The challenges with the chains are: 1. Their package deals are tied to one vehicles tag number. ( Not at Park Place. I purchased the 10 wash/detail package with my phone number. My son and wife can use my phone number to wash their cars using the 10 washes. If they are nice to me! 2. The chains let me detail at their locations using supplied soft cloths, air, and vacuums. How nice to let me spend time cleaning the spots that are missed, vacuuming and cleaning the windows inside and out! At least 30 extra minutes in the sun. (Not at Park Place. Three workers spent 15 minutes touching up all areas that were missed during the wash and the floors and windows were like NEW! Outstanding JOB! Be sure to tip the workers in the outside employee tip jar. There is seating inside the building or covered lawn furniture outside. I was fully impressed with all aspects of the business. Eduardo sold me my package after a great explanation. Ally was great at checkout. Their prices on similar services cannot be beat and their attention to detail and your satisfaction is a priority. Give them a try!

The employees, including management, have always been professional, calm, and respectful whenever I've interacted with them. Staff are trying to manage customers cutting the line, not displaying their membership sticker correctly, not following simple instructions for entering the wash, etc. During times like this we, the consumer, need to have patience for the employees that are simply trying to get us in and out of the wash in a timely manner. This car wash has consistently provided great service, hardworking employees, and a well-managed operation. I highly recommend if you're in the area you give them a chance to show you how amazing they are!

There are always plenty of clean towels for wiping down your car and dash afterwards. Because it shares a parking lot with In n' Out it can be a tad nutty to get in and out of the car wash around lunch and dinner times. Fantastic job by Jose and his buddy, David! I found him on Yelp with his awesome reviews. I…read morecalled him yesterday; he came over right away, gave me a quote, and came back today to do the work. It was a very minor task - a bicycle had run into my husband's car and the front tire exploded, leaving small splotches of white bicycle tube lubricant stuck on the black wheel well. Because of the insurance claim taking 14 months to settle, the spots were really dried on. Jose and David did the work completely by hand so they would not damage the finish because the wheel well is porous. They used a lot of elbow grease for over an hour. The result is the wheel well is looking brand new. One would never know anything had ever happened to it. My husband and I are both delighted. Jose's quoted price was low for the amount of work he and David ended up doing. When I offered him more, he said, no, that was our agreed-upon price. So I gave him a generous tip as well as David. He does work for very high-end customers, so I was happy he took on our little job, even coming to the house to do it. Jose is a rarity in the business world. He has had a lot of experience, training and education to reach the level he has. And he's very humble - a delight to work with.

Arrived at agreed upon scheduled time and was informed he was finishing up with current vehicle -- and had another vehicle ahead of mine -- moving my service out three hours from previously planned time. Completely frustrated after coordinating my morning around the service, the quote fumble, and no courtesy call on schedule change, I decided best to alert others of this business' less-than-best practices.

Don't use this place unless you want a drained battery, incomplete detailing service, hours or days…read moreof hassle after they leave, and unprofessional behavior with an extra dose of gaslighting afterwards. I don't usually bother to leave negative reviews on here, but this is going to be a long one. The service left me with a completely drained battery. What's worse, they blamed me for it. First blaming me for taking a few extra mins (less than 10) to close a a door after he was done while I was on a work call, then blaming my battery as though it had drained itself. (My battery was in perfect working order beforehand, which had been confirmed by a mechanic less than a week ago and I sent him the record but he dismissed it). The person I was texting and speaking to not only refused to acknowledge that this could have happen due to the detailing, but was also incredibly rude and inappropriate. Astoundingly so as I tried to politely give them an opportunity to rectify the situation or at least acknowledge the mistake and resulting inconvenience (the rest of my afternoon was interrupted as I waited for AAA then had to drive my car for 45 mins after the jumpstart). The denial was the most unprofessional and specious part of the whole ordeal. It turns out to have been a case of straightforward gaslighting. I've since learned that this is a common and preventable error during detailing. Not just possible, which the guy refused to admit, but common!! It was the first time I'd used a mobile detailing service so I didn't know that they usually ask for a key so they can start the car periodically during a long job. The detailer was working on my car for over 2 hours, knew I was right inside, and never asked for my key or warned me this might be an issue. Most are also trained to make sure all the lights are off as they work and bring jumper cables and ready to turn back if this mistake was made. Some even disconnect the battery while they're working or use a portable charging device. The person I was speaking to (not sure if it was the business owner or manager) must have known all of this if he has any experience at all with detailing but preferred to lie adamantly, insisting that it could not possibly have anything to do with the detailing service and using absurd comparisons to healthy people dropping dead (lol) until I eventually stopped replying to his texts. In addition to this egregious behavior relating to the battery issue, I realized when I was driving around that the detailer didn't clean the inside of any of my windows or windshield. He also blew a fuse or possibly broke an outlet in my garage with his equipment, leaving me with even more problems to deal with now. I fault the business, not the detailer, for the fuse/outlet thing though since it was probably the equipment and not something he screwed up. He was also very apologetic and polite about this in the moment, which makes a big difference. Honestly, I feel for the actual detailer. He deserves a better employer who trains him better and takes responsibility for such common, preventable mistakes. I really tried to give the business a chance to rectify things or at least offer an apology, but instead they doubled down on rudeness so now I feel I should warn others to avoid this headache. TLDR: This place is unprofessional and will leave you with more problems than a dirty car could ever cause. There are plenty of better options in this area so save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.
