The owner than came over asked for the receipt and told me she was returning it and would let me repurchase it because it shouldn't have been marked down. Who does that? I made comment that that is horrible business and she just looked at me and asked for 8 more dollars. I was like so if I didn't say anything to my Mom this wouldn't be happening and she said nothing. I reluctantly repurchased but I'm just in parking lot in awe at who does that. I have a business too and would never do this after purchase made to any customer.

So I decided to have one delivered from the Clementon, NJ location :) I ordered the Chocolate Dipped Indulgence Platter with 1/2 chocolate dipped strawberries, pineapple, apple (the rest undipped), and grapes -thankfully, not chocolate dipped layed out nicely on a large tray + a FREE 6 piece white chocolate and semisweet chocolate dipped banana "nuggets". ALL of the fruit was fresh and delicious! The semisweet chocolate they used was amazing and a nice compliment to the natural sweetness of the fruit itself. Yummy! To my surprise the Edible Arrangements app said that it could be delivered so I placed the order. Only a few hours later I received a call from Eddie the delivery person. Unfortunately, the recipient was not home. Eddie told me he knocked a few times and had been there a few minutes but no answer. He offered to leave it on the porch and said that the weather was pretty cold that day, but he also offered for me to pick it up at the store. Unfortunately the recipient lives in New Jersey while I am a few states away in Maryland so I could not pick it up. Eddie was very concerned that the recipient and I would be happy with the product. I asked him if he could leave it with a neighbor and he said he could. However, he was concerned that doing so, and asking them to put it in their refrigerator would mean they had to detach the balloons and that would ruin the experience for the recipient. In the end we decided to just leave it on the porch and I hung up the phone with Eddie. But Eddie went above and beyond. He called me back a few minutes later and wanted to be sure the item received was the best possible condition. He said he had placed it in a shaded area near the front door, but he also went to a neighbor and asked them to check on it if in a couple hours if the recipient had not returned home yet. As it turns out, they did return home about 2 hour later and they called me. They said it was beautiful and in perfect condition. Thank you Eddie for a great experience.

Instead of canceling that part of the order, they sent me other items instead. I had something specific in mind to use that purchase for. I don't like what they sent me as much. It is too much of a hassle to send it back so I am keeping it. But they have lost my trust as a customer. I do not plan on buying from them again. I was shocked to see the other items and thought they sent them by mistake. I am giving 2 stars because the items are good quality but I told off 3 stars because I am not happy that they just send you something else if they are out of that item.
