I provided him with list of artists, songs, and the vibe/mood I wanted throughout the day while giving him freedom to do his thing, and throw his own flare to it. He was accommodating with our Korean Tea Ceremony. Quick with sending over the audio recordings. Usually at weddings, it's really a hit or miss with getting guests on the dance floor. DJ Steven was great to work with! We decided to hire him for our wedding per our friend's recommendation (he was also their wedding DJ several years back!). We had to postpone our wedding in April 2020 twice and each time Steven was very understanding and flexible. He maintained great communication during the whole planning process and would check in on us periodically. We booked Steven Le as our wedding DJ and also rented a selfie station set up from him. Steven was one of our favorite vendors to work with throughout wedding planning. He was so chill, professional, and responsive. We spoke to several DJs before we chose Steven and he was definitely the best one by far. Our wedding was just a few weeks ago, and we have nothing negative to say about his work. Our group of wedding guests, like most others, is very diverse. I only had less than 10 family members in attendance, but my biggest priority was to find a DJ who could speak Vietnamese so they could pronounce my family members' names correctly and understand their personalities. We heard of Steven through our cousin and decided to book him for our wedding ceremony and reception because of his quick email responses and decent rates. Of all our vendors, he was probably the best communicator, which was a nice surprise. The questionnaires he sent helped a lot with outlining the timeline for our wedding day. He went out of his way to drop off some of his equipment at the reception venue the night before, knowing that there was little time in between the ceremony and reception for him to set up. The songs for the ceremony went smoothly. He even stayed a bit to help with announcing groups to take photos afterwards (which we did not ask him to do) even though he was in a rush to get to the reception to set up. He helped with all the wedding party entrance songs and finding the right places of where the songs should start and end. Steven is seriously the BEST DJ you'll be able to find! First and foremost, he's professional, organized, and on time, all of which are equally important for weddings. He is also surprisingly really affordable for providing a quality service, especially when compared to other DJs.
