The conservative pastor who attended the first portion of the evening was so impressed that he expressed a desire to book DJ JJ Like for his daughter's college graduation in a few months. Let me reiterate that the pastor is conservative... :) The middle aged party goers (including myself) were up dancing and were visibly pleased by the dj's ability to seamlessly incorporate our requested jams into the mix at just the right times. I reserved a bouncer on Thursday October 23rd for Saturday November 1st. I was required to submit a deposit of $30 to reserve it. On Monday the 27th I canceled it however the business owner has refused to issue me a refund. He told me my deposit is non refundable even though it is not specified anywhere that the deposit is "non-refundable". He is very unprofessional and rude. He offered to give me credit of $30 but I do not want to give him my business. It is not unreasonable to cancel the reservation for the bouncer 5 days in advance. He doesn't believe in customer satisfaction so I advise all to not give him your business. He couldn't accommodate an earlier delivery for me so this is the reason I had to cancel. I have attached a screenshot of part of the convo. He came off rude right away. I reserved a bouncer with Trejo Party Rentals and was very satisfied with their customer service!! It was outstanding.
